Chapter 6: The Neighbour

It was a sunny day, not something that we get often...
Leah and I were outside, Leah sunbathing while I was trying to keep myself distracted

"I swear down Alex! You put any more of that water on me from the hose and I'll kick you out" Leah said wiping the water of her stomach
I was given the task to water Leah's plants for her, so I had some fun with it

After finishing watering the plants I grabbed one of the footballs out of the mini net and started to mess around with it

"Heads!" I shouted after I lost control of the ball and fired it over to Leah
Leah caught it and forcefully throw it at me, making it hit my stomach
"Ahh" i groaned as I doubled over
"Had it coming for you really" Leah mumbled

"Hey guys, sorry to disturb you, but does anyone of you know how to change a tyre?" The neighbour said leaning over the fence, she looked to be in her early twenties, she had blonde hair and green eyes.

"Sorry I don't" Leah said, looking over at me
"I mean I do, you have a spare tyre?" I asked
"Yeah I do, thank you so much"
"I'll walk over to yours now" I smiled

Leah followed me into the house and out to the outside of the house
"Following me Williamson" I asked smirking
"Shut up" leah replied making me laugh

"Thank you so much for this" the blonde girl repeated again, touching my arm
"Yeah no worries" I lifted the tyre and moved it outside to the driveway
"What's your name?" I said as I swapped the tyres
"Molly" the girl replied
I nodded and continued to change the tyre

"All done" I smiled standing up
"Aww thank you!!"
"I'll move this tyre into your garage" I lifted the tyre into her garage

I walked back out to the driveway
"You'll have to go and get a proper tyre but this will do to get you to the dealership" i smiled
"Great! Thank you! Any chance I could get your number so I don't have to climb the fence next time?" She laughed
"Um yeah sure" I gave her my phone and she put her number in
"Bye" I said jogging back over to mine and Leah's house

"Im back" I shouted into the house
"In the kitchen"
I walked over to the sink and started to clean my hands
"Thank you so much" Leah mimicked the girl touching my arm
"Sensing some jealousy Williamson" i snickered
"None at all Alex"
"Saw you got her number as well" Leah added
"I didn't get it, she gave it to me, doesn't mean I'll text her" I shrugged
"Shame"
"Stop acting like you care" I laughed

"The girls are coming over to ours tonight, for games night" Leah said as we made our way into the changing rooms to head home
"Okay" I shrugged

We all arrived at Leah and my house
"Hey Alex" I heard molly shouting from her driveway
"You alright molly?" I smiled
"Yeah thanks"
I nodded and walked into the house behind everyone

"Ohhh got a lover Alex" Beth teased as we sat in a circle in the living room
"Yeah, don't get jealous bethy" I joked
"Happily taken, sorry Alex" Beth titled her head
"Ugh shame" I laughed

"Right! Truth or dare Leah"
"Dare"
"I dare you to sit on Alex's lap"

I looked up from my phone
"Me?" I asked
"Yeah, are you scared?" Leah teased
"As if Williamson" i snickered
I tapped my legs and gave Leah a teasing smile
"Your too excited for this" Leah shock her head

"Can you stop moving" I whispered to Leah
"Hold me then, I'm slipping" Leah whisper shouted at me
"Alright, alright" I moved my arms around her waist

After a while beth announced we should watch a movie, so that's what we did

Leah and I were squished on a sofa and everyone else was on beanbags on the floor

"Give me some space then" I snickered
"I haven't got any space myself!" Leah said getting annoyed
"Woah okay calm down" i moved my back so it was leaning against the sofa arm rest
"Get off the sofa for a second" I told her
"Better not take the whole seat"
"I would never" I smiled

I moved my legs so they were taking up the sofa but with a little gap between them
I patted the space in between my legs, Leah got the idea and laid in between my legs with her head resting on my stomach

"Aww look at you two cuties" Beth teased from the front
"Who actually allowed you to be in this house" I said shaking my head
"Rude"

"Thought you didn't like physical contact" Lia said from the side of us
"I don't"
"But Leah is literally laid on top of you" Katie piped in
"Awww Leah's the only one you allow" Steph teased
"I'll kick you all out in a minute" I teased them with an empty threat

"Hey my parents want to meet you" Leah said as I was signing some fans t-shirts after a 3-1 against Chelsea (😏😚)
"Okay I'll be over soon"
Leah walked over to her parents as I continued to sign fans gear
"Are you not nervous" a girl in her late teenage years asked me
"Shitting myself" I giggled making a few of the fans around us laugh

"Good luck!" They all shouted as I ran off to meet Leah's mum

"Hello Mrs Williamson" I smiled at Leah's mum
"No need to call me Mrs Williamson, it's Amanda to you" Leah's mum laughed bringing me into a hug
"This is my brother Jacob" Leah introduced him
"Hey I'm Alex" I said holding my hand out
"Nice to meet you" Jacob smiled connecting the handshake

We spoke to Leah's family for a while before making our way home...
It was only around 3 so I decided I would wash my car since it was dirty...
"You not gonna wash my car?" Leah jokes from the front
"Will you pay me?" I smirked
"Ain't gonna give your friend a helping hand?" Leah teased
"Friend?"
"Watch it" Leah warned
I grabbed the hose and spared it at her
"Oh your in for it now" Leah said rushing out of the door frame and over to the bucket full of cold water and soap
"No I'm sorry" I begged as I tried to run away
I trapped myself in the corner
"Aww got yourself trapped"
Leah tipped the whole bucket over me and ran inside

I walked in shortly after her and ran up to my room to get a shower

When I walked back into the kitchen, Leah was in there wearing the jumper I gave to her when she was on her period.

"Keeping that for yourself?" I questioned
"It's comfy, I might do" Leah teased
"Guess your number 13 now?" I teased
"Guess I am" pointing at the number on my jumper

We sat and watched some tv program while talking...

I clicked on it and it was the camera footage of our outside driveway
It showed me sparing Leah with the hose and then me getting a bucket of cold water dumbed on me
'Payback' was the caption

I reposted it and put 'didn't even get that much water on ya 🙄'
