Y/N Pov "That was awesome" someone said behind me making me chuckle a little as I looked behind me to see that it was Jordan Sanders

"Oh I didn't realised that we had this class together aswell bro" I said to him as we gave a low five handshake
"Mr L/N,Mr Sanders, stop talking, face the front and do your work" Mr Varner sternly said as I faced the front
An hour later it was 3pm and I was now heading to the football field w Mike, once we got to the field I saw Emmett,Jordan and other jocks, me and Mike walked to the coach
"So this is who you were talking about Newton?" Coach asked Mike who nodded his head smiling
"Yeh coach" Mike said to him
"Ok what position would you like to try out L/N?" Coach asked me
"Either Running Backs or wide receivers coach" I told him, as coach nodded then looked at his board to see what is available
"Okay let's start w the running back first"coach said to me as I nodded then started the whole tryouts
What I didn't realise was Rosalie Hale was there, on the bleachers watching me try out for football
"Cullen!" Coach shouted at Emmett who ran over to us
"Yeh coach?" Emmett responded as he slowly stopped running when he got to us
"Since L/N is trying out I need you and Newton to coach the team for practice today" he told Emmett who nodded
"Okay coach, come on Newton, nice to see you again Y/N hopefully you get in" Emmett replied to coach before turning to Mike who nodded at him the turning to me then leaving w Mike
"Okay back to the tryouts L/N, now since you done the running back I want you to try wide receiver" he told me as I nodded and started to try out for wide receiver
An hour later I have now finished tryouts and I was about to head to the locker room when coach stopped me
"Ok L/N before you head to the lockers I wanna say you will probably find out tomorrow or the next day after school if you have got a spot on the team and what position you got okay?" He told me as I nodded my head. "You have done good today L/N, Newton was right you are good at football anyways have a shower, get changed and get yourself home okay?"
I nodded my head once again and said okay then ran off to the lockers where I had a shower and got changed, as I placed my dirty, sweaty sport kit in my bag,Emmett,Jordan and Mike came up to me
"Yo, Y/N" they all said in unison as I dapped them up individually
"Yo guys" I said giving them a small smile as I picked up my bag, which reminds me, if I get on the team I'm going to need to get a sports bag for my kit. "How did practice go for y'all?"
