A/n: Now, I'm not sure if I'll going to include the birth of the twins in Season 4 of FTA. Like I've said before, it all depends on timing and what happens in the show. But because I've got a heavy dose of baby fever, I wanted to write this out. If it's in the official story, you'll see it there. If not, then this is another possible scenario! :)

"Wait, so you mean to say you've been pregnant for god knows how long and you kept it from us?" Luther stared at Dusk with both astonishment and surprise. "I'm surprised nobody figured it out beforehand. Look at the size of her!" Dahlia pointed to the past phoenix's bump. Dusk didn't know whether to take it as a compliment or an insult. But now was not the time to figure it out. They had bigger issues to deal with.

"Guys, my pregnancy is not what matters right now. What we need to figure out is how we're gonna defeat Reginald. He's kept us under his thumb for the past nine years, I say it's time for a little payback," Dusk sighed, standing up from her seat. "And how do you propose we do that? We're powerless, we can't use super strength or conjure ghosts!" Diego crossed his arms. "Thank you for pointing it out, Captain Obvious," Dusk fakely smiled, forgetting just how much of an idiot some of the Umbrellas were. "Now, what I going was we can- ah!"

A hand went to Dusk's stomach as she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. At first, she thought it was another of the twin's harder kicks. But as her breathing changed and the pain lingered, she had a feeling something was wrong. The Hargreeves all watched her with fear, unsure of what to do. "You okay, hon?" Klaus asked, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. "I'm sure it's nothing, just a-" Dusk hissed again as it happened again, this time the pain increased and then something soaked her pants. And as she looked down, it finally registered in her brain it was really happening.

"I-I think the babies are coming!" She spoke calmly, hoping not to rally everyone up. But the moment she said those words, everyone went into a panic and started trying to figure out what to do. Lila and Diego's child hugged their father's leg and started crying. Five and Victoria were trying to get everybody to shut up while Luther and Klaus were trying to get Dusk's attention to figure out what to do next. "Take me to the hospital, you idiots!" She shouted, instantly regretting that insult. But without further thought, Klaus and Luther scooped Dusk up and they all piled into their cars, making the crazy and long drive to the hospital. Dusk sat in the back of the car with Klaus, Victoria, and Lila trying to keep her calm while Five and Luther sat in the front seats, swerving past bicyclists and other cars.

"How are you feeling, honey?" Klaus whispered. "It hurts so bad..." Dusk groaned. "Of course it does, you'll have to push out two watermelon heads," Lila added the unnecessary detail. Everyone looked over at her with squinting eyes. "What? You try pushing out something big from your lady bits!" Lila shrugged. Victoria tried to blink away the image from her mind but it had registered in her brain. Of course, she'd have to go through that pain whenever and if she and Five decided to have kids one day. But she'd rather not imagine it until she was in the same amount of pain her best friend was in.

They finally pulled up to the front of the hospital and quickly got Dusk out of the car and nearly had to drag her into the waiting room. "Patient's name?" The receptionist said in a monotone voice. "Dusk Hargreeves and I'm about to have my twin babies!" The raven shouted as another contraction nearly ripped her in two. Two nurses immediately rushed in with a wheelchair and rushed her down the hall, Klaus followed close behind her, whispering she was going to be okay and that he was there with her.
