Tango's Perspective-

Ever since I saw him, I couldn't stop thinking about him.

He looked beautiful and I desired to see him again.

But I didn't know how to, as I am a human and he's an avian.

There's no way we would ever meet.

I sighed as I rested my head on my hand, sitting down in math class.

"You alright, Tang?" Scar asked, sitting down next to me.

"Hm?" I hummed, looking up.

"You seem like something's on your mind."

"Oh...it's nothing.

Scar raised an eyebrow but shrugged, "Okay."

After a couple minutes, Scar got out his notebook, humming happily.

I noticed that throughout the class, he seemed oddly happy.

Like something incredible had happened.

-

"Hey Scar?"

Scar turned to face me.

"Yeah?" He asked, walking next to me on our way to our next class.

"What happened?"

Scar blinked, "I'm sorry?"

"You just seem really happy and I was wondering what's got your head in the clouds."

"Oh...I don't really know." Scar said, putting on a smile.

I narrowed my eyes.

"Is it a girl?"

"What? No!"

"Is it a guy?"

"Tango, stop."

Tango chuckled, "Sorry, just wondering."

"Nah, it's fine."

"You know you can tell me, right? I won't judge."

Scar nodded.

"I mean, I have a crush on an avi- "

"Don't!"

I raised an eyebrow.

"What?"

"I- ..." He looked around nervously before sighing, "Sorry. You just have to be careful with these things. Someone could've heard you."

"Oh jeez, sorry."

"It's okay, just be careful."

We continued walking in silence when I whispered,

"Does this have to do with that avian you like? Grian, is it?"

Scar flushed red and I smirked.

"It does, doesn't it?"

Scar merely nodded.

I chuckled and elbowed Scar lightly.

"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be- "

"We spoke to each other last night." He interrupted me.

"You WHAT?!" I shouted.

A couple people in the halls stared at us and Scar laughed nervously, swiftly kicking my leg.

"Shut up!" He hissed under his breath.

"Ah, sorry." I said, blinking back the tears of pain in my eyes.

Everyone went back to what they were doing and Scar sighed in relief.

"We'll talk later at lunch, okay?" Scar asked, patting my back as he entered his classroom.

I nodded and he left.

Wonder what he and Grian talked about. Must've been good.
