The Drive In

"Ok Felix remember have CONFIDENCE! Don't be a begging puppy trying to get his attention! PLAY HARD TO GET !"
Felix was making mental notes of everything the boy was saying "confidence ! Ok got it" Felix replied.
"And remember when you walk up to us .. greet everyone and flirt with him a bit but don't go over board! You don't want to seem easy" he added.

Felix was now waiting for the text from his "date" was he excited about it ? Not really, but it was too late to call the whole thing off now. He waited for a few minutes before his phone went off.

"Here (:"

Felix got up grabbed his stuff and headed downstairs and out the door, Wooyoung was in the bathroom showering so Felix just knocked and let him know he was leaving, the blonde was pretty nervous even if this was a date with someone he didn't like, a date is a date and it's always nerve wracking.
The said man was standing outside the car smiling as Felix walked up to him "wow you look amazing" he said as he opened the door for him, "thank you" Felix replied, he got into the seat as the man walked around the car to enter his side.
"So the Drive In right ?" The man asked to which Felix nodded and smiled !

The car ride was pretty quiet nothing but the music coming from the radio as they drove to the Drive In, Felix hasn't been here since a kid and it looks exactly the same, the screens still had those old movie intros and the food court still had it's old retro pink paint, the bathrooms looked like they haven't changed since the 90s but I guess it just adds to the nostalgia.
The Boy pulled into a parking spot that was semi close to the screen and close to the bathroom and food courts. "I'm going to get us some snacks ! Do you want to come ?" He said happily. Felix agreed, getting out of the car and being pretty excited to just be there. He hadn't realized how much he's been missing out on by not coming outside and living life.

It was pretty packed, cars filling up most of the spaces and it seemed like half the school was there, Felix felt his phone vibrate as he saw a text from Wooyoung

Felix was walking with his date towards the food court, thinking of a way to ease his way to Wooyoung and the group. "Hey, my friends are here ! Do you mind if I go say hi to them ?" Felix asked, the boy was a little hesitant to say yes but eventually did.
Felix quickly made his round trying to find Wooyoung and when they saw each other, that was the signal.

Wooyoung had fulfilled his plan like he said he would, he doesn't know how he was able to convince San to bring everyone here but he did. You can't call him a genius just yet because he still had to fulfill the second half of his little experiment.
Wooyoung noticed the blonde from a mile away, his beautiful blonde hair under the movie screen lights, he wasn't exactly his type but he can't deny, the boy was beautiful. As soon as he gave Felix the signal he put his plan into motion, San was talking to the rest of the group which consisted of Chan, Innie, Minho, Han, Changbin and Seungmin and of course Hyunjin who surprisingly wasn't with his girlfriend.
They were all talking about different things when Wooyoung noticed the blonde coming closer
"Oh My God is that - Felix ?" Innie exclaimed, genuinely surprised not just because he looked good but because he's actually outside on a Saturday night. Wooyoung needed to do his part "He's fucking Hot" he added, knowing that would do the trick.
He watched as the whole group looked up to see the blonde, including a certain someone who's breath got caught in his throat as the blonde appeared before them. "So you guys came to the drive in and didn't tell me .. wow and I thought we were friends" he laughed his cute little laugh, his friends immediately pulling him into a hug.

Felix has been spending lots of time with Wooyoung but he can never forget his three best friends, they've been super busy recently with just life, so he wasn't upset they haven't hung out. The boys were drowning the blonde in compliments, as they loved his new hair and his outfit and oh he smelled amazing, his makeup only enhancing his dainty features. "Wow Lix is this the drive in or the run way ?" Han joked, getting a smile out of the boy.
"Yeah what are you doing here anyway lix ?" Seungmin asked, the blonde didn't hesitate to answer "I'm actually on a .. date" he smiled, receiving nothing but cheers from his friends "a date !!! Oh my god your first date !" Innie screamed.
Felix smiled as he saw everyone's reactions who were genuinely excited for him, what he didn't see was Hyunjin faking a smile as he heard the news that the boy was on a date.

Was it his place to be mad ? No.
Was it his place to be jealous ? No.
He shouldn't be upset, he has a girlfriend, he's not into men .. he should be happy for him and he should be happy in general ... but ... He's Not.

He hasn't really sat back and thought about it, but why does this whole situation bother him ? Why does anything his desk mate do have him invested.
Yeah he's a nice kid but so are a ton of other kids at school, something about him just makes Hyunjin infatuated with him and not in a creepy way like on crime shows but in a way that he wants to protect the boy, he wants to help him and he has no idea why. He's like a fragile flower that constantly needs someone to guard it.

"Felix come meet everyone"
