This AU is the lovesick AU in this AU, Wally is unaware that he is sick, and whenever he calls his friends or his Sen, he infects them with the sickness.
So far, Wally is the only one who has this sickness and has not gotten anyone else sick.
However, Lovesick is also able to enter the multiverse he does not affect any of the other Wally's since that's not how that works in this world!

Lovesick also has his own Sen King, but she died due to her always being around her and him getting her sick.
He feels guilty about it but tries his best not to dwell over it too much.
