Hey everyone! Today I'm going to be trying something a little different with the gang. I've been streaming the hell out of this album and I wanted to see what they thought about it - at this point I bet you're wondering too.
We'll introduce the songs as they are seen on the track list and each of the gang members can rate the song after listening to it. At the end of the album we'll have each of them give their top three. Anyway, enough of me blabbering, I'll call them in!
By the way, I already have a lot of ideas written down in drafts and no doubt this book is not even halfway "completed" yet. More coming soon, I promise.
*The gang begins to file into the room one by one*
*Steve's the first in line and his face lights up as he sees the microphones and cameras*
Steve: Hai guis! I'aim so exited to finaly tak agein. Translation: Hey guys! I am so excited to finally talk again!
Um, Steve, you're going to have to make a little more sense in order for the public to understand you, I can hardly understand you as it is...
Steve: sori. Translation: Sorry.
*Darry comes next, marching proudly, his head held high* Darry: He HUCK! *he says, his adams apple bobbing as he laughs from deep inside his throat*
Um. Okay, maybe we need to get you someone to talk to... Darry: *Shaking his head and grinning* Naw, naw, i'm just fine...just...*he falls on the floor, slumping down*
*Soda comes in next, looking down at Darry, who is twitching mildly* Soda: Uhm, Dar? Darry: Huckity huck. *he says, chuckling as he grins up at Soda*
*Soda takes a seat on the chairs placed in the room, looking nervous, every so often glancing down at his brother. Ponyboy comes next, sliding into a chair next to Soda, biting his nails*
Darry: ha ha my brother thats see him though... Soda: *looking concerned* What... Darry: See him that's my brother though... Ponyboy: WHAT? Darry: *grins* My brother is him that's see though
Just...never mind him. *Two-bit sits down on the other side of Sodapop, Dally and Johnny taking chairs at the far side of the room. Johnny is smiling nervously and gives a wave to the camera. Dally pulls out a cigarette and lights it, smoke filling the room*
Okay. Is everyone ready? *Darry grins with teeth, his eyes lighting up* Darry: I'm just dandy! Ready for anything, Bella, he HUCK.
Ponyboy: I'm ready. *he says, a nervous smile plastered on his face. The rest of the gang nods in agreement, Two-bit looking excited and Dally just looking plain bored*
Okay, so today we're going to listen to one of my current favorite albums, it's called 'The Good Witch' and it's by Maisie Peters. Are you all ready to start? Steve, do you have your headset on correctly?
Steve: *glaring* no it's fin its fin... Translation: No it's fine it's fine
Okay, well it's just that, it looks a little crooked and you might not hear out of it correctly...
Steve: *snarls* ITS FIN. Translation: IT'S FINE.
Oookay....everyone else? Johnny? *Johnny gives a thumbs up and adjusts his headset and then looks over at Dally, who still looks bored but has the headset on over his messy hair*
Yay! Okay, so the first song is called 'The Good Witch.' Ready guys? *They nod, Steve's head is more aggressive then the others* *I press play and Steve immediately screeches* STEVE! ARE YOU READY? *I stop the music*
Darry: *grinning* Well that sounded catchy. Play it, I wanna hear it. Ponyboy: *looking confused* What's wrong, what's the problem?
STEVE. WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO THE LOUD PART.
Steve: *crying* mai earz mai earzzzzzz Translation: My ears my ears!
