You need to stop Jason before he hurts somebody or himself. Adrenaline pumping through your whole being, you charge Jason. He's so startled you get the upper hand and tackle him to the ground.
His gun skitters across the floor. You punch him in the nose once, twice, but before you can go for round three, he flips you both over and punches you instead.
You scramble out from his reach, but before you can even blink, he's grabbed the gun again and pointed it right at you.
You don't feel it at first. It's just a loud noise echoing through the attic, and then you're falling.
You watch, helpless from your position on the ground, as Vecna continues his attack on Max. Jason screams, terrified and confused. Blood seeps out from the bullet wound in your side. You pass out.
