Welcome Back

In the human world, Hunter was asleep at Noceda's house. He was having a dream, a terrible dream, a nightmare. In the dream, he was standing in front of a fire and people were running around him. Hunter noticed these people were wearing similar clothes back in the isles, but they were not witches, they were humans. Hunter hears crying and shouting, the dream was a mess, and he doesn't know whether he is supposed to be afraid or upset, then he notices two young boys standing in front of the fire, "they became orphans" thought Hunter, that was strange, that thought just came out of nowhere. But then suddenly one of the boys started to laugh crazily, suddenly everyone around him paused everyone except for Hunter and the orphan, suddenly the orphan's head turned to look at Hunter, Hunter was shocked by the boy's eyes they were glowing bright neon blue, then the boy while stroking his brother's hair and said with an adult voice: "Welcome home." That voice was familiar.

Hunter suddenly woke up, processing what had happened, the fire in his dream could have been caused by the sunrise. "What was that?" Hunter said.

In the morning, Camila has made a giant and delicious breakfast to welcome Hunter to her home. This was the first time Hunter has ever tried something this delicious, back when he was Golden Guard, he only ate burnt porridge, the porridge wasn't great but at least it kept him full. Luz and Vee were already stuffing their mouths with food, Luz hadn't eaten proper food in months! Just Hunter taking one bite took him to paradise, "So this is what real breakfast tastes like." Hunter thought  Camila noticed that Hunter was taking small bites. "Oh, do you not like it?" Ask Camila, Hunter stares at her and quickly shoves the food into his mouth and says: "No! It's delicious, except I don't want to have too much or else there is not much left." Back at the castle, Hunter and the other guards must share a small amount of food, there wasn't ever enough to eat, because the policy believes that if you are hungry, you work sharper and more aggressive or in other words desperate. "Oh no, Hunter, if you don't think there is enough, I can always make more." Said Camila, Camila's warm smile softened Hunter's heart, Hunter looked at his food and took a huge bite.

After breakfast, Camila needs to quickly do an errand, so she drops off Luz, Hunter, and Vee at the town hall. "You kids have some fun, I'll pick you up around 1 pm, I'll give you a call when I come back. Ok then Bye." Said Camila as she drives away, Luz and Vee both said bye to their mother except for Hunter. "So, what should we do first?" Said Vee, Luz and Vee thought for a bit, "Let's take Hunter for a tour!" Said Luz and Vee in Unison, those two quickly each grabbed Hunter's arm and bolted off. They went to many places with Hunter as much as possible, but Hunter was only there because that's where Luz and Vee wanted to go, nothing sparked Hunter's interest. But it's mostly because many stores or buildings are half-collapsed due to the Day of Unity, and wherever they go some people still may recognise them as the witch demon from the other world, which makes Hunter slightly insecure and made him cover up his ears with his hood along the small journey.

After hours of walking around, it is now afternoon, Luz and Vee grabbed drinks and food, and Hunter followed them. The three sat down by a small park. "Hunter, was that an interesting tour for you?" Said Luz, Hunter stopped drinking, "It was all right I guess." Hunter responded and continued drinking. "Ugh, you are no fun.  Sigh* I haven't been back home for months! It kills me every time just thinking about it now that I'm back I'm going to live it to my fullest!" Said Luz.

"But Hunter, did you at least somehow find this place interesting?" Ask Vee, Hunter thought about it.

"I can only say it is way different here than the Isles, if I am honest, it is more peaceful than chaos." Hunter's eyes shine bright red in the sunset wind, Luz and Vee watching and smiling, "That's good."

After their break, the three decide to walk a bit more around the park. Vee is still waiting for Camila to call back. As they were walking all three of them bumped into Marsha. "Ooh Luz, it's nice bumping you here. How is it going?" Said Marsha. Vee's face turned red in surprise, and Luz was a bit confused, she didn't quite recognise Marsha. "Um, who are you- "Marsha! Hey~ I'm good! How are you?" Vee interrupted; Luz then realised that Vee was still pretending to be her!
