...An echoing scream and the roaring claps of thunder woke me up from a daze, I peered around my darkened surrounding only to remember I was literally smashed into a building... someone give me the number of that damn truck that hit me...
Oh wait... it wasn't a truck, it was a goddamn Honkai beast and a huge one which was able to break the spear lying front of me in half... Alexander isn't going to be pleased that I kept on wrecking his properties even though I paid for it.
"Hrmph..." I groaned as I felt a huge weight on my shoulder, not figuratively but literally which I soon found out to be massive chunks of debris on me.
Getting smashed into a building is definitely not the best experience but it beats have your entire body getting stabbed, cut and broken. However, without any proper footing or leverage, pushing your body up from all this debris is going to be tough.
Well, that's what most people would think.
I held back a grunt as I began pushing upwards despite the mass bearing down on me, but my efforts proved fruitful as I heard the debris began creaking as I shifted my body continuously.
The distant sound of thunder only grew stronger as I smelt the faint odour of rain, but I simply ignored it before throwing off the debris stuck on which I then walked to the giant hole where I smashed through and then peered out to see a familiar figure wreathed in lightning.
Mei Raiden, and surrounding her are several bolts of purple thunder that crackled every now and then, but each one is directed at the giant Honkai beast which attacked us.

If it weren't for the fact that my senses, including my sight was enhanced to point I could see way further than a human could, I would have thought that girl was another individual but unfortunately for the girl who I met and talked to...
Mei... is a Herrscher.
As a low-ranking Einherjar in the past, I didn't participate in large warfare against the Honkai, only specific operations designated for the minorities and weaker individuals, namely me and every other unfortunate Valkyries.
So the notion of even fighting a Herrscher is like a nightmare for all of us, something we thankfully never experienced... until now, and I'm the sole individual here that could do so.
I didn't know if a Herrscher could detect the presence of a human, but I did what anyone would do and stayed quiet while observing the Herrscher... of Thunder, if that's the terminology.
However, now I have power, I am stronger than I was before my revival. I have enough strength to literally lift up several tonnes of solid debris and an Emperor-class Honkai beast.
Who's to say I might die to this newly fledged Herrscher? Unless I'm not careful enough, I could easily get killed via lightning-
