10th member has anorexia ft Omma Jihyo and Mom Nayeon

A/N: I got an ask on Tumblr and I loved writing it, ty and I'm sorry for taking some time but studying sucks. This one is being posted as thanks for 35k views on Wattpad :D

The request: this is very specific but could you do one where 10th member has anorexia and jihyo and nayeon as the leader and the oldest notices when reader always finds excuses to skip meals and also they notice during practice that she's become way too thin; and then jihyo and nayeon talk about it with themselves before they sit down and has a talk with her?

The practice room at JYP Entertainment was filled with the rhythmic sound of TWICE's footsteps as they rehearsed their latest hit song. Among the members, Y/N, the 10th and youngest member, danced with the same fervour and energy she always had. But something had changed, something that couldn't be ignored any longer.

Jihyo, the leader of TWICE, and Nayeon, the eldest member, exchanged concerned glances as they watched their kid. She had been making excuses to skip meals, and her once-healthy glow had faded. Y/N's frame had become noticeably thinner, and her dance moves, though still precise, held a fragility that hadn't been there before.

After their practice session, Jihyo and Nayeon found a quiet corner of the practice room. Nayeon hesitated for a moment before voicing her worries. 

Nayeon - Jihyo, have you noticed something's not right with Y/N lately?

Jihyo nodded, her eyes filled with concern. 

Jihyo - Yes, Nayeon unnie. She's been avoiding meals, and she looks so thin. I'm really worried about her.

Nayeon sighed, her voice laced with concern. 

Nayeon - I've noticed it too. We can't just ignore this, Jihyo. We need to talk to her and find out what's going on.

Jihyo nodded in agreement. 

Jihyo - You're right, unnie. Let's talk to her after practice.

As the day wore on, their worry deepened. Y/N was their precious family member, and they couldn't stand to see her struggling. That evening, when they were all back in their dorm, Jihyo and Nayeon exchanged a knowing look. It was time to address the issue, and they needed to approach TWICE's angel with all the motherly care they could offer.

The younger girl was sitting on the couch, engrossed in her phone when Jihyo and Nayeon took seats on either side of her. They exchanged a glance, silently reassuring each other before Nayeon began to speak gently. 

Nayeon - Sweet girl, can we talk to you for a moment?

Y/N looked up, surprised by the seriousness in their expressions. 

Y/N - Of course, ommas. What's up?

Jihyo sighed, her voice filled with concern. 

Jihyo - Baby, we've noticed that you've been skipping meals lately, and you've lost weight. We're really worried about you. You're our child, we care so much about your health and mindset.

The maknae's eyes widened, and for a moment, she looked like a deer caught in headlights. She hadn't expected them to notice or bring it up. She quickly tried to put on a brave face. 

Y/N - Oh, it's nothing, mama. I've just been busy and haven't had much of an appetite.

Nayeon reached out to gently hold Y/N's hand, her eyes filled with compassion. 

Nayeon - Y/N, our sunshine, we're here for you, and we care about your well-being. We want to make sure you're okay. If something's bothering you, you can talk to us.

Y/N felt tears prick at the corners of her eyes, and she couldn't hold back any longer. She burst into tears, her shoulders shaking with sobs. 

Y/N - I'm sorry, mamas. I didn't mean to worry you. It's just... I've been struggling with something.

Jihyo pulled Y/N into a comforting hug, holding her close. 

Jihyo - It's okay, my heart. You don't have to go through this alone. We're here for you, and we want to help.

Nayeon added softly as she went near and pulled Y/N so she was on both Jihyo and Nayeon's chest to listen to their heartbeats. 

Nayeon - We're like your mothers in this group, and we love you. Whatever it is, we'll face it together.

Y/N nodded, her tears slowly subsiding. She felt a sense of relief wash over her as she realized she didn't have to carry her burden in silence any longer. With the maternal support of Jihyo and Nayeon, she found the strength to open up about her struggles.

Y/N - It's... It's an eating disorder.

TWICE's honey admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. 

Y/N - I've been battling anorexia for a while now. I didn't know how to tell anyone, and I was afraid of disappointing you all.

Jihyo's heart ached as she held her daughter tighter. 

Jihyo - Honeybun, you could never disappoint us. We're so proud of you for opening up about this. It takes a lot of courage.

Nayeon spoke again after laying a kiss on Y/N's forehead.

Nayeon - And we're going to help you every step of the way, okay? You're not alone in this fight, luv.

Over the next few weeks, Jihyo and Nayeon provided Y/N with the motherly care and support she needed. They connected her with a professional therapist who specialized in eating disorders, ensuring that she received the proper care and guidance.

The youngest's journey to recovery was a difficult one, filled with ups and downs, but she never felt alone. Jihyo and Nayeon continued to be her pillars of strength, offering unwavering support and encouragement. They made sure she followed a healthy meal plan and attended her therapy sessions.

As time passed, Y/N began to regain her strength, both physically and emotionally. She started to smile more, and her laughter echoed through the dorm once again. TWICE's bond grew even stronger as they faced this challenge together, proving that they were not just a group but a loving family.

One day, as they sat in the living room, Y/N turned to Jihyo and Nayeon with tears in her eyes. 

Y/N - Thank you, moms. You saved my life. I don't know what I would have done without you.

Jihyo and Nayeon exchanged a knowing smile. 

Jihyo - You're our precious Y/N.

Jihyo said with a voice filled with warmth. 

Jihyo - We'll always be here for you, no matter what.

Nayeon - And we'll always protect you, just like mothers should.

As they shared a group hug, Y/N couldn't help but feel grateful for the maternal love and care that surrounded her. She knew that with Jihyo and Nayeon by her side, she could overcome anything and that the bond they shared as TWICE was unbreakable. And as the unnies looked down at their sunflower's expression, they shared a single thought:
