I stood outside Lousia school among other parents.

I took the bus here after Noah offered to drive me because the thought of having to sit in awkward silence after the way my body reacted to him slightly touching my skin, made to want to just disappear.

And also the way his eyes were fixed on my cleavage the whole, lit something in me and I needed to put it out as soon as possible.

So, avoiding him was the best I could come up with, even though am partially in his house 24/7.

I heard the faint ring of a bell and in Seconds kids were pouring out the gates.

I spotted Lousia walking with a boy, she raised her head locking eyes with me. A big smile formed on her face, she said something to the little boy before running toward me.

I bent down to her level opening my arms. She landed perfectly between my arms hugging me tightly.

"HII LIA" She squealed after we broke the hug, Louisa has got into the habit of calling me Lia just like Melanie.

"Hey Lucy" I smiled back, She is very small but passive-aggressively forced me into calling her Lucy instead of Lousia, Lucy sounded more sassy, her words, not mine.

"How was your day?" I took her bag from her as we started to walk down.

"It was cool" She turned to me, the missing tooth she lost earlier this week visible as she spoke.

"What was so cool about it?" I asked as we walked down.

"Well, I had pizza for lunch" She tapped her chin trying to remember events from today.

"Oh! And we got a new boy in my class, his name was...ugh" She frowned trying to remember his name.

"Josh? Ah yes Josh, The teacher made him sit next to me but he is really quiet and shy though" She shrugged, Josh must have been the boy I saw her walking with.

"Oh! Can we go to the park?" She looked up at me with her big blue eyes in contrast to Noah's Brown ones.

Normally, I would say no but am kind in the middle of avoiding Noah, so "Of course"

We took the turn to the Park full of kids and chaos.

Louisa's face instantly lights up, Her eyes eyeing the free swing in the middle of the park.

"You can go play, I'll get us ice...cream" I sighed when I realized Lousia was already long gone.

I spotted her on the swing with two girls pushing her from behind.

With a lazy smile, I turned to the ice cream truck, where I ordered Chocolate ice cream for her and Mint for me.

I made my way back to the playground, but something felt off.

I looked over at the swing Louisia was playing at, she was gone.

Panic immediately gripped me, and my eyes eagerly searched the playground.
