chapter 9

Elena's pov
When I saw Enzo coming to the car I'm grateful,because I don't know how much longer I can stay awake I'm fighting con consciousness every minute and it's getting harder and harder but it's for Lia and her new family.

"Finely" I mutter when Enzo got in
"Here" he said passing me the stuff I asked for,as I was getting the needle and thread ready Matteo asked "are you sure you know what your doing?" Consurn lased in his voice I scoff ,"nothing I haven't done a thousand times before "
"What do you mean"Enzo asked
"Nothing, pass me the whisky"I said

As I was cleaning the wound with the whisky and starting to stich him up I'm barely conscious,but I keep fighting it off until I'm done the boys just sit there watching me closely.

"Done"I said to the boys after putting the bandage on Alessandro.
"You need help you've lost too much blood your barely conscious you can't do it on your own"Matteo said as I start to stich my shoulder.

"I'm fine I don't need anyone's help"I said
"Lia was right you are stubborn but I didn't know it would be this bad,your literally willing to die before excepting help" Dante stoffed

"That's because I've gone my hole life without help and I'm not gonna start excepting it now so if you will I'm gonna go"I said after I finished stiching and bandaging my wundes and getting up.

Enzo pushed me down "your not going anywhere your coming home with us"he said sternly "like hell I am the only way I'm going with you is if you drag me there in a body bag " I said in the same tone as him I then try to get up again but get dissy and black out due to blood loss.

"Shit" I mutter before it all goes black

Matteo's pov

As where sitting there just watching our baby sister stich up dad like it was a piece of cake,but I can tell she's hardly conscious but she's fighting it again and again until she's done ,but I'm still confused why she doesn't even know us.why?why is she helping dad first before herself from bleeding out?why is she fighting consciousness so badly? Why did she take the bullets in the first place? I get brought out of my thoughts by her

"Done"she said after bandeging dad's arm and moving onto her shoulder but I can see she's barely awake so I said "You need help you've lost too much blood your barely conscious you can't do it on your own" slightly consurned for how much blood she lost.

"I'm fine I don't need anyone's help"she stated
"Lia was right you are stubborn but I didn't know it would be this bad,your literally willing to die before excepting help" Dante stoffed I couldn't help but internally agree

"That's because I've gone my hole life without help and I'm not gonna start excepting it now so if you will I'm gonna go"she said getting up after bandaging herself up.

She's then stoped by Enzo saying"your not going anywhere your coming home with us" he said in his sternest voice ,I can already senced this is gonna be hard so I get ready to help.

"like hell I am the only way I'm going with you is if you drag me there in a body bag " she said matching his tone that kinda sent shives down my spine.she then when to get up again but lost consciousness because of blood loss.

"Come on let's go the jet is waiting" Enzo stated as he moved Elena and dad into the back so he could drive.as where on the way to the airport I remember that we haven't called to tell them where on our way back so I take out my phone and start to dial mom she picks up after the fifth ring.

"Hello" mom said
"Mom where on are way back now" I said
"Is Elena with you" she asked nervous for my response
" yea but theres been some complications " I told her briefly
" what complications are you all aright?"she asked worried
" yea where all fine now put dad got shot in the arm and Elena got shot twice" I told her
"Is your father ok" she asked
"Yea Elena stiched him up" I told
"How did she get shot?"she asked
"She jumped Infront of me and Dante and took the bullets for us" I explained
"Is she ok now ?"" Yea she stiched herself up before she passed out " I said
"Ok well come back soon ok?" "Ok" and with that I hung up the phone

After we got into the plane and got Elena and dad on he started to wake up so I go over to him and asked if he's ok he just nods before asking " who stiched up my arm?" I look to Elena who's still passed out before looking back to dad

"Elena did after you passed out she refused too before stiching you up and I could see how hard she was fighting to stay awake and before she blacked out she stiched herself up like it was nothing and then got into an argument with Enzo" I said before adding " she's one heck of a fighter" he nodes seeming deep in thought before saying "but what has she been throught to make her that strong? I mean she got shot twice and acted like it was a paper cut she stiched me and her up and have you seen her eyes they look dead and she shows no emotion she even scares me some times with that voice it could freeze hell" he ranted and I just sat there not knowing what to say because I wonder all those answers myself.

Dante walked over to use and sat down
"Why do you think she actually took the shots for us she says Lia but I don't believe her" he said but before I could answer I'm interupted by someone shouting

"Son of a bitch"
"Sounds like Elena's awake" Dante scoffed
