It felt like an eternity since he had inexplicably entered this unfamiliar realm, devoid of any landmarks or reference points.

As Janus continued his aimless journey through this surreal expanse, a faint yet hauntingly familiar voice reached his ears, calling out his name.

"Janus," the voice whispered, causing him to abruptly turn around.

His eyes widened in disbelief as he gazed upon the figure that had materialized behind him – it was Marius... his dear friend who had met his untimely demise on the battlefield.

For a fleeting moment, a sense of joy washed over Janus as he recognized Marius, but before he could react, the unimaginable occurred.

Marius's head suddenly exploded into a grotesque spectacle of gore, sending a gruesome shower of blood and flesh splattering across Janus's face.

He stood there, his mind struggling to comprehend the sheer horror of the spectacle unfolding before him.

The nightmarish tableau took a sinister twist as two more voices rang out in unison, this time tinged with anger and malice.

"JANUS!" the voices bellowed, their tone more menacing than before.

Janus, his vision obscured by the blood that now coated his face, turned to face the dreadful apparitions of Caius and Julius.

Caius, clad in his formidable Lorica Segmentata armor, stood before Janus, but his once-mighty figure now appeared grotesquely distorted, resembling a charred piece of meat, his flesh warped and disfigured.
