Sleeping in is one of Park Jaewook's favourite activities, but it's especially wonderful when he can do it with his favourite girl in his arms, her warmth enveloping him in a comforting embrace; one he never, ever wants to leave.
Rolling over in the bed, the fresh Hawaiian air wafting through the open window, and the waves lapping against the shore proving as a gentle wakeup call, Leo blindly reaches out for Seulgi. Only, he finds nothing but the warm space she once laid. Cracking an eye open, his brows knit together as he lifts his head to peer around the bedroom.
"G ?" he calls out, the morning still heavy in his groggy voice.
Nothing.
Leo is about to reach for his boxers beside the bed to get up and search the rest of the guest house, until the bedroom door creaks open, and Leo releases a breath of relief.
"And here I was beginning to think..." but his words trail off when he notices the large tray of what seems to be breakfast in Seulgi's hands. He immediately sits up in the bed, confusion bubbling in his head as he watches her, in nothing but his t-shirt that drapes like a dress over her figure, hobble over to his end of the bed.
Once she's right beside him, she does a flip of her hair that hung in her eyes, before setting the tray in his lap. Not even giving Leo time to question, Seulgi swiftly dips down to catch Leo's lips into a passionate, yet loving, sweet kiss. Despite feeling confused, Leo doesn't need a reason to melt into her lips, and the gentle touch of her hands over his cheeks - and although he's kissed and made out with his girlfriend countless times, she still manages to render him breathless and dazed with such a simple gesture of affection.
Seulgi has Leo chasing her lips when she pulls away, the reaction putting a smile on her face.
"Happy National Boyfriend's Day babe !"
Leo has a glazed look in his eyes, his mind struggling to focus on anything else but Seulgi's sweet lips.
"Wh-what ?"
Chuckling, she climbs over him, careful to not ruin the breakfast she spent a really long time on making, she saddles up close to his side to rest her chin on his shoulder.
"It's National Boyfriend's Day, and since you're mine," she picks up the fork to push it into a strawberry slice that laid atop a stack of pancakes, before popping it into Leo's mouth. "I thought it'd be fun to celebrate !"
Leo's heart thumps like crazy in his chest, the way Seulgi's eyes just glisten with excitement just making the entirety of his being melt at her mercy.
"I love you."
He can't think of anything else to say, his brain just wanting the girl beside him to just know how wrapped around her finger he is.
"I love you too, Jae."
As if in a trance, Leo leans down, eager to taste her lips again, but a hand comes up to instead stop his intentions. His whole face falls, his eyes big and puppy-like as he frowns at her.
"Eat your breakfast first, please, because if you kiss me now we're going to have a repeat of last night."
A sly smirk pulls at Leo's lips now, memories of their lovely time wrapped in each other's naked embrace playing over in his head.
"I don't see anything wrong with that though ?"
Again Leo tries to swerve around Seulgi's hand to find her lips, but, again she stops him.
"There most definitely isn't," she grins, a glint in her eyes that always seems to drive Leo crazy. "But, food first. Then,"
A brow quirks up Leo's forehead as he allows Seulgi to feed him another strawberry slice. "Then ?"
Biting her bottom lip in an attempt to suppress a broad grin, Seulgi reaches up to run a hand through Leo's messy bed hair, before gently pulling him down by the back of his neck.
