jake and ethan's bond grew and grew comfortably and closer.
they spend so much time together that sometimes they got called a couple
they do stuffs like grocery shopping, going trips, attending concerts, eating 3 meals a day together.
people around them definitely knew they were in love but somehow they didn't realize that.
well jake has been thinking about that a lot
he somehow catched the most beautiful feeling ever
he had a crush on the elder.
he sometimes wondered if he would confess now maybe they are the greatest couple ever
he gets to love his best friend without feeling like it's a crime.
as of now he planned on doing it
the universe somehow didn't want to speed things between them
he got no time on confessing since he noticed ethan avoiding him
that made him sad

i don't know about the ethan effect on him that he lives trying to be occupied to not overthink it
he didn't know what to feel or how to feel

one day jake woke up to tons of missed calls from his friend sunghoon a.k.a his trainor
he picked it up lazily when it started vibrating again
"hello?"
jake spoke to the other speaker with his sleepy voice
"jakey hi good morning, did i woke you up?"
he could sense the older was worried
"ahh no no hoonie"
he said trying to make him less worried
"sorry jakey"
the younger knew he was pouting behind the phone and that made him giggle
"it's really fine hoonie you are such a baby honestly"
he teased and the elder giggled
"and baby faced ahh"
he fired back that made jake rolled back to his back
"why did you call suddenly?"
jake finally asked
i have news, good news to be exact"
"really?" he said surprised — "what is it?"
jake got more confused when the male from the other line giggle
"are you tripping hoonie?"
sunghoon laughed even more
he knew the younger was lifting his eyebrow like he was judging someone who is putting milk first before cereal
"one and i'll hung you up really"
"ok ok i'll tell you.."
"tell me then"
"—but first let's eat breakfast first together then i'll tell you in person"
"ehhh you just miss me don't you? you can tell me now after all we are talking"
