𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 given scarlet a sense of peace. both astoria and vanessa would wake up at exactly six thirty because astoria wanted to give herself time to be organized and vanessa wanted time to do her hair and makeup.
even though both girls tried their best to be quiet, they still ended up waking pansy and scarlet up. while pansy would try her best to fall back asleep scarlet would just lay there, thinking about things. the main subject was her past, the stuff she didn't dare to tell anyone about.
none of the girls spoke that early on in the morning; it was just a nice silence. the only noises were the faint sound of vanessas headphones, because she had turned the music up so loud. as well as the whistles of the wind, from the window in between hers and vanessas bed.
after a while of letting her mind wander, scarlet finally got out of bed. astoria was sat on hers and pansys vanity, applying blusher to her cheeks and vanessa was putting her contacts in, in their shared bathroom.
"why, good morning scarlet." astoria smiled at her friend who didn't seem as enthusiastic or happy to be awake at this hour.
"you know, one of the things i don't miss about hogwarts is the early mornings." she said, in between yawns. the brunette slipped on her ugg slippers and walked over to hers and vanessa's vanity.
she got out her hairbrush and started brushing out her knotty hair, untangling with every brush. her hair had a few kinks in it so she straightened them out and then applied a few layers of mascara.
by eight o' clock all the girls were ready, even pansy. the four all went down to the great hall to have breakfast and meet up with the boys. when the girls got there only lorenzo and blaise were there; the boys weren't morning people either.
"hey guys" astoria said, greeting lorenzo and blaise as the rest of the girls sat down on the bench. "hey stor" lorenzo smiled at the blonde girl as the conversation between him and blaise ended.
"i'm so fucking tired right now." pansy groaned, ruining the nice moment between astoria and enzo. "your always tired" blaise said, rolling his eyes as he was also in a mood. pansy gave her friend a dirty look and put her head down on the table to fall back asleep.
"where are the others?" vanessa asked as the boys just shrugged. "im not waiting for them" scarlet decided, placing a chocolate croissant on her plate. "im fucking starving." the others all agreed and started eating too.
