Uh... hi. I'm back and... yeah, not feeling motivated sucks, and sorry that I made all of you wait for a chapter to a story that's probably not worth it

Also imma fast forward the Adam and Zeus fight... that way we can get to one of the reasons I was on Hiatus

It was almost like a bad dream

Adam was standing in place, his fist raised above Zeus as if about to land the killing blow... an attack that would never come

Heimdall: he's... he's dead!

The first human stood there in place as Zeus got up slowly, having to recover from the use of his Adamas form. Almost all the Gods were relieved at the revelation that their leader was still standing, and the humans were despaired at the loss of their ancestor

Heimdall: the winner is Zeus! The second round of Ragnarok has been decided!

"Adam..."

"N-no! Please don't say it's so!"

"Zeus should kill himself NOW!"

Göll: w-we lost...

Brünhilde stayed silent as she eyed the arena, then felt an aura start to burn as her gaze shifted quickly to Chaos, who's eyes were blazing alongside his overcoat and hair. This was not the result he wanted; far beyond it, in fact. His hands broke through the railing as if the metal was nothing but sediment, and he walked away from the arena

Positive: Cain and Abel basically got a new stepdad

Negative: that shouldn't have to be the case

Brünhilde: ... come, Geir. We have to choose the new candidate to fight for round three. The Gods have already picked their representative

Göll: y-yeah, okay Hilde...

The sisters walked through the halls to reach the selection room of Humanity, only to find it afflicted with a seal that had the Flame of Frenzy's Sigil upon it

Seems that this time, it wouldn't be Brünhilde who made the choice

Chaos awoke in the cosmos, a place far beyond the reach of most Gods. This was the primordial realm; his section of it, that only a selected few could access whenever they felt like it

Chaos said nothing, walking down a path with his hands in his pockets. He was thinking of the chances that would allow Humanity to win, and they needed more than just to rely on the Valkyries.
