"I know you would love to hear that I am so you can torture me a bit more."
"Relax. I'm not here to harm you. On the contrary, I'm here to check how you are."
"Are you fucking drunk or something?"
The tribrid's eyes started glowing out of a sudden, however that didn't scare Penelope off.
"No. But it looks like you are."
Penelope said with a playful tone and took a step closer, getting dangerously close within Hope's personal space.
"I know you want to hurt me I can see it in your eyes."
"Then I would turn into a monster, like you."
"Where's the harm in that?"
"I'm nothing like you, Penelope."
"Oh, come on. I know you like feelingsuperior to everyone else. You're the fucking tribrid after all."
"And you are wrong if you think you can manipulate me for whatever sick plan this is."
"I'm not. I'm simply stating things that we have in common."
"And what the hell do you and I have in common?"
"Everyone either wants us or wants to be like us."
"So which one do you want?"
Hope blurted out the question without much thought or filter, it seemed like she couldn't control what was coming out of her mouth. The closer the girl was stepping in the more convinced she was that Penelope wasn't actually threatening her for once, but instead flirting with her.
"Straight to the point, are we?"
Hope's eyes started glistening a darker shade of gold, her palms became sweaty now that Penelope's face was only inches away from hers and her body did absolutely nothing to stop it. She had to control herself or else she would regret the devastating effect she could have on the other girl.
"Do you really wanna know?"
"Yes, tell me."
"The first one, as if you couldn't tell Mikaelson."
"Really? I was under the impression you were jealous of my powers."
"I'm already a powerful witch. Usually it's the things we can't have that we crave the most."
"Are you implying what I think you are?"
"Exactly."
