So for the party I decided to dress decently modest. If my new neighbors are anything like the old ones then I need to make a good impression. Either that or I go ahead and get fighting them out of the way. Both options are fine with me but I promised my mom I would stop fighting. It's currently 8pm and the party started at 7:30 so I'm about to leave now.

I walk to my neighbors door and knock. I'm trying to calm myself. I really don't like meeting new people. An older Asian lady opens the door. She's cute though
"Hi ma'am I'm here for the house warming party." I say with a wide smile
She smiles at me and ushers me in and I see a bunch of other people that live in my building and a bunch of people I don't know.
"So what is your name?" She asks me
"Oh I'm Nyah. I live right next door. What's yours?"
"I am Mei. Your name is very pretty. You are a beautiful girl." Oh I like her
"Aww thank you, you are beautiful too." I say sweetly to her
"So when did you move in?" I ask her
"I don't live here. This is my son and his cousins apartment. They should be back any minute. They went to get some pizza. Some of the guests don't like my Chinese food." She says while looking down
How dare they make this sweet lady sad.
"Point me to the ones that don't like the food and I'll get them straight." I say looking slightly angry
"No no it's okay. Some people don't like Chinese food." She says and then gives me a small smile
"Well I love it so point me to where it is." I say with a smile
"You want to try my food?"
"Absolutely. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it."
Then she actually smiles at me
"Come." She says and then leads me to the kitchen
"Ooh this looks good." I say while looking at the food.
It really does look good. I quickly make myself a plate and dig in. It is delicious.
"This is really good." I say to her "Thank you." "So your son and his cousin how old are they?" "They are both 21." She says
"Oh cool so am I."
"Really, then I'm sure you guys will be great friends." She says with a smile
Then she gets a call
"Excuse me, my son is asking me to open the door for him. I will be back and I will introduce you to them." She says with a smile
