Muichiro's pov:

I totally forgot that today was a holiday. So I woke up at 7 am today, and when I realized it, I jumped from my bed, brushed my teeth, got everything ready and went towards the dining room for breakfast. "Mumma! Yui! I'm late! For the first time!" I cried rushing downstairs. As soon as I reached there, Mumma, Dad and Yui looked confused at me. "Mui, why are you in school uniform" asked Yui. "Isnt...i-it- s-school...today..?" I said, confused. There was an atmosphere full of confusion for the next 10 minutes.

"Idiot, isn't it holiday today" said Yui shaping the onigiri he was making. "H-Holiday..?" I said confused. Mumma laughed. "Hun, you forgot? Isn't it a state holiday today?" She said. My face was red, full of embarrassment. "I-I'll go c-change..." I mumbled and went back. I could hear them all laughing.

It was indeed embarrassing.

I changed back and went to the dining room again. "Here Mui, I made your favourite food" said Yui giving me a plate full of Onigiri and Sushi. I was delighted. "Thankkk youu Yuiiii" I said, hugging Yui. He hugged me back. "Alright enough" said Yui, embarrassed and freed himself from the hug. Mumma was recording it in her phone. "Aw don't be shy Yui" said Mumma smiling behind her phone. "Mom!" Exclaimed Yui and then pouted. "We aren't kids anymore, we're in Highschool now!" He added. "Young man, don't forget that once you peed on my shirt when I was changing your diaper" said dad coolly, reading the newspaper. Yui's face was red from the embarrassment. "Dad! Stop!" Said Yui and then pouted more. We all giggled.

After sometime.

I was just chilling in my bed when I got a text from Tanjiro-Senpai.

Tanjiro-Senpai:
Hey! Muichiroo
How are you..?
I guess fine right..?

Muichiro:
Hi senpai, I'm fine
How about you..?

Tanjiro-Senpai:
Ahh I'm fine too.
Just finished cleaning.
No one's home so alone.

Muichiro:
Oh, may I ask where
did the others go?

Tanjiro-Senpai:
My young siblings went
with mom for shopping
and Takeo went to play
football, and Nezuko went
on a date with Zenitsu :')

Muichiro:
And you did let her go?

Tanjiro-Senpai:
I cant even get involved,
its her life, I can't say
anything '^'

Fair. BTW senpai, when are
we practicing for the fest?

Tanjiro-Senpai:
Hmm, since our exams
are going to start just
after the fest, hey can
you come today if
possible...?

Muichiro:
Today??

Tanjiro-Senpai:
Umm yea, I want to
hear your voice tho.
Let's practice together
today.

Muichiro:
What about Akira and
all?

Tanjiro-Senpai:
Akira is with Haru for
the group project so
he can't come, and the
other second year
Juniors, I heard they
have gone for a picnic.
