Chapter 8
In the state of suspense
(Stephanie Norway)
Stephanie is also another blonde head with grey eyes who would take any emergency calls on her desk.
Today she prepared some coffee and cookies as her leisure snack.
Stephanie always wore her glasses square-framed.
She had received yet another emergency call.
"Hello, this is Stephanie Norway from 911 emergency service; how may I help you?"
"Hello Stephanie, I am Lyne Fregardo an engineering student. I wanted to report the absence of my friend Ashura who is also my classmate. I am quite bothered about his prolonged absence and I wanted to report on it," reported Lyne.
"Mr. Fregardo, for how long have your classmates gone missing? And are you in touch with him by any means currently?" asked Stephanie.
Lyne was still in debate to disclose facts. His experience when he had visited his home earlier tonight. Kyle also accompanied him and they had visited the home uninvited while they had no tabs on Ashura. It was certainly after they finished their work shift that they had visited his house that day.
Lyne simply didn't want to reveal everything with the conversation this early.
Kyle met and talked to Macy who was also Ashura's neighboring lady and how he had gotten his chest injury while he was still rumbling across his dark housing space.
"Yes, he had not shown up for quite. Long period and this concerns me as his classmate."
"Did that happen to him before?" Questioned Stephanie.
At this rate Lyne's dilemma exceeded. Ashura was replaced for not showing up at the job. The person he was replaced with was Lyne. But Lyne preferred to constrict his replies as much as possible.
"Mainly during vacations, he went back to his homeland that is India, and apart from that he was always too punctual with with the schedule."
"OK Lyne, do you know any whereabouts or could you help me in the case anyway;"
For Lyne Ashura was yet another stranger and he had only helped Kyle in this case only to return his previous favor in any way.
Lyne was equally bothered about Kyle as well, he was as ignorant and fame-deprived when he decided he would go on for any stupid mission as this.
Kyle was the type of person who would deliberately step up to show his act of responsibility towards the situation.
Right now it was not Kyle but Lyne who had dialed for help and he was devastated for it.
"His name is Ashura, that's his official name. Madam, I am afraid I can't help you more;"
"Is that his full name?" Questioned Stephanie.
"I can't describe his name, the address where he lives. We only know each other as classmates and nothing else apart from that."
