Miyeon entered the classroom late, luckily their teacher hasn't arrived yet. She lets out a sigh of relief and makes a bee line to her seat. As she was walking, she noticed that two men were talking.

"We're in the same class as her?! No way..."

"I know I can't believe it!"

Miyeon, the nosy girl she is, went near the two students talking.

"Who's the same class as us?" She asked. The two men are startled and almost jumped at their seats.

"I swear to God, Miyeon don't sneak up on us like that!" Jungkook sighed.

"Yeah, we almost died here." Eunwoo added. Miyeon laughed at their reaction.

"Sorry. So who's the same class as us?" Miyeon repeated her question.

"Minnie, Minnie's in our class!" Jungkook said as she glanced to where Minnie was sitting. The Thai girl's on her phone, probably scrolling through social media.

"Great." Miyeon thought to herself. She faced the two gentlemen and sighed.

"Have fun talking about her then, I'm going to my seat." Miyeon softly smiled and walked away.

Miyeon sat down, placing her bag on her table and took out her binder to get ready in class. It's sad that Yuqi or Shuhua's not here with her.

"Take your seats, everyone." The teacher said while walking inside the classroom. The students quickly went to their seats and arranged them.

"Good afternoon, everyone. For today I will be pairing you with another student for the rest of the year. You two will be partners to every pair activities that I am going to assign you." The teacher said, placing the paper down the table. "Please raise your hand as I call your name."

"I wish I'll be paired with Minnie!"

"Nah uh, I wanna be paired with her!"

The professor called out names for pairing. Miyeon stood still as she waited for her name.

"Next: Ms. Cho..."

Miyeon raised her hand.

"and Ms. Yontararak."

"Yontararak?" Miyeon thought. She turned around and saw Minnie raising her hand. Minnie was looking at her already, smiling forming crescents on her eyes. Miyeon turned back and sighed. "Well this is gonna be fun."

"Damn that girl's lucky." Said the student behind Miyeon.

The teacher is done calling names. "Now for your first activity, I want you guys to make a presentation with a chemical reaction of your choice. I will give you a week to prepare. You can talk to your partners now to discuss."

"Talk?! Uhhhhhh should I approach her? What am I gonna say anyway?! I hate this I hate this I hate thi—"

"Uh hi!" Minnie greeted, Miyeon flinched.

"Uh yeah hi!" Miyeon tried to play cool and faced Minnie.

"So you're Ms. Cho, right?" Minnie asked.

"Yes, and you're Ms. Yontararak?" Miyeon softly smiled, trying not to look awkward.

Minnie chuckled. "Yes, I'm Nicha Yontararak! But you can just call me Minnie." She smiled.

"Ah yes, you can call me Miyeon." Miyeon replied.
