[CHEMISTRY CLASS : 11:20 AM]

Miyeon nervously tapped her toes as she waits for the other group to be done presenting. Minnie, on the other hand, she doesn't seem to be nervous at all. She's reading the script through her phone, memorizing her part. Miyeon couldn't help but fidget to ease her anxiety, Minnie noticed the older girl all tensed up.

"Are you alright?" She asked.

"Yeah, a little nervous." Miyeon answered.

"We'll be fine, don't worry." Minnie said and held the older girl's arm. Somehow, Minnie's touch made her calm down. She sighed and continued to listen to the group presenting.

"That was an amazing presentation." Mr. Han clapped. "Ms. Cho and Ms. Yontararak, please prepare your presentation."

Both of them stood up, Miyeon carried her laptop to connect to the projector. Minnie stood at the right side while Miyeon stood on the left side.

"Good morning everyone! My name is Yontararak Nicha."

"And I am Cho Miyeon. And we will be presenting the chemical reaction called: Synthesis."

The two girls switched turned on each side. Minnie delivered her part professionally, as if she's presenting a new product in the corporate world. Miyeon can't help but look at the girl, her voice as she explains made the Korean woman entranced.

As Miyeon explains how Synthesis works, "Synthesis involves combining different substances to create a new compound. Reactants undergo chemical reactions, leading to the formation of a product with distinct properties. This process is fundamental for producing various chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and materials, contributing to advancements in science and industry. For example—"

The Thai admired how Miyeon's posture is so perfect. Her smile, the way her hands move, the perfectly constructed explanation. She owes the girl a lot for making so much effort to score high. She herself isn't interested in the subject itself, but something about this girl made her do more than she could ever do.

"That wraps up our presentation, thank you for listening." Miyeon ended the presentation and both of them bowed.

Mr. Han was quiet, rubbing his chin. The two girls made eye contact with each other with a worried look on their faces.

"What can I say?" Mr. Han said as he stood up.

"Ms. Cho, you never disappoint." Mr. Han smiled.

"And to you, Ms. Yontararak. You seem to be improving, Ms. Cho really did make a good job making you active. Keep it up." Mr. Han faced Minnie.

"Thank you, Mr. Han!" Both girls said and bowed to their teacher.

"You two seem to get along well. It's nice that you chose Synthesis. It matches you both well." He added.

"Two different elements combined." Mr. Han nodded. "Ever wondered what you two created?" He asked both of them.

The two girls looked at Mr. Han in confusion.

"A harmonic relationship between you two." Mr. Han said, smiling. "You two can go back to your seats now."

Both girls smiled and bowed, thanking their teacher once again and went back to their seats.
