Cerise was sick. She hadn't been feeling great for the past week and when she opened her period tracking app, she was met with an epiphany.

Her husband, Daring, was downstairs sitting in the kitchen putting away his dishes when he heard...

"Daring"Cerise called

"Yes princess"He replied putting his coffee mug away

"Umm, can you come here for a minute"she asked quickly

Daring raised an eyebrow but nevertheless walked upstairs to see her standing outside the bathroom door.

"Hey what's up"he asked grabbing her chin to get a closer look at her face

"I um, might have figured out why i've been sick"Cerise said nervously

"Really that's great, what is it"Daring exclaimed happy her suffering might be over

"I think i'm pregnant"Cerise said quickly but slow enough to where Daring caught on

"Did you take a test yet"he asked curiously

"Yes but i didn't flip it over, i wanted you to be here in case i was"Cerise said twirling her fingers

"I'm so happy you thought of me, you want me to flip it or you"he said smiling

"I'll do it, here goes nothing"Cerise said taking a deep breath

She flipped the test over and read "pregnant".

"Well, what does it say"Daring asked

"I'm pregnant"Cerise said in disbelief

"REALLY, oh my gosh i'm so happy"he said hugging her

"We've only been married for a year Daring, i didn't expect to get pregnant this early"Cerise said

"Well we're weren't not trying so it was inevitable"Daring said holding her

Daring noticed Cerises anxious behavior and asked "Wait, are you not happy about the baby"

"No I'm thrilled i'm just scared, i mean what if i can't be a good mom"Cerise said looking up at him

"Hey, don't doubt yourself baby, you won't be alone i'll be here every step of the way for you and our baby"Daring reassurances her.

"I love you"Cerise said kissing him
