Chapter 21: The Missing Power Suit

Planet Zebes

In a darkened room, the entrance to an air vent falls to the floor as it is kicked.

After that, the infiltrator chambered down from the vent.

It was Samus in her Zero Suit. She had snuck into the Brinstar base from the air vent and is now in the storage closet. She was armed with her Paralyzer gun.

Samus had three obejctives:
1. Retrieve her Power Suit.
2. Stop the resurrection of Ridley.
3. Defeat the Mother Brain.
Samus had got close enough to activate the door open, but she hid in the corner to not be seen by any possible guards. Immediately she heard the two Blaster CuBots on security duty.
"Hey! Who's in there?!" One of the CuBots called out into the darkness of the room.
Samus gave them the silent treatment.
One of the CuBots went over to the closet and took a peak inside.
Samus used her Paralyzer's whip and coiled it at the robot, reeling it into the room and shooting it.
The other CuBot went over and peaked inside only to get punched in the face by Samus. Knocking it down.
Samus moved away from the corner of the dark room and into the light in the doorway. She looked both ways in the hallway for any more guards. The coast was clear.
Samus walked right into the hallway and took a left turn. Approaching an elevator. She went into the elevator and it took her to the highest floor it could get to.
When the elevator doors opened, Samus was greeted with four Blaster CuBots. The four robots began firing, but Samus leaped into the air and drop kicked one CuBot's head in. She then punched another in the face, shot another in the face and used her plasma whip to coil around the last CuBot. She then pulled it harder, crushing the robot's body and dismantling it's circuits. The robot eventually shorted out and malfunctioned.
Samus ran further down the hallway. When she took the next turn, she was greeted by three Blaster CuBots and one Tank CuBot.
All four robots began firing. Samus reacted by ducking and shooting one Blaster CuBot in it's feet. Unable stand, the CuBot fell down and Samus removed it's gun and smashed it's head it with it. Samus then kicked another Blaster CuBot in the face, got up and elbowed the other Blaster CuBot. The Tank CuBot opened fire to which Samus quickly dodged by leaping into the air. Landing right on top of the robotic tank. She then pulled it's head off. With it's head gone, Samus shot the exposed circuits with her gun and the tank malfunctioned and exploded.
Samus went further down the hall. Eventually reaching another turn. When she took that turn, she was greeted by some sort of black generator with red accents. Out of said generator came one Orb CuBot which instantly fired lasers at Samus. Samus couldn't react in time and got shot in the arm. She then ran over to the robot orb, grabbed it, pummeled it to the floor and stomped on it.
After dealing with that Orb CuBot, another one came. With Samus prepared this time, she immediately shot it down.
Yet another Orb CuBot came out of the generator and started firing lasers. This time, Samus grabbed it with her hands. With it still firing, she aimed the it at the generator and the Orb CuBot shot at it. Blowing the generator to smithereens.
Down the hall, Samus saw a door labeled Control Room. So she went over to it. Just left of the door was keycard lock with a glowing red dot. Indicating it was locked and Samus needed a keycard to open it. Samus shot the lock with her gun and the lock's light went completely out and the door opened.
Prepared, Samus aimed her gun in both directions, ready to attack.

Seeing as there was no one in the room. Samus proceeded. She looked over at the center monitor and saw her missing Power Suit.

The Power Suit is locked away somewhere in this base.
