His eyes lingered on the beautiful guy he saw entering the library earlier.
He was still, indeed, extremely attractive.
His brath got cought in his throat when the male's eyes scanned the cafe and they almost made eyes contact. He immediatly diverted his gaze to his feet. Yes, he was gay, but he didn't want to get cought staring at a guy when it was obvious that he was checking him out.
He snapped back into reality by a hand on his shoulder.
"You ok Joong"
He looked up to find a worried Yunho and an ever more worried Mingi.
"You're red"
He shrugged it off as he tried his best not to look at the guy, Seonghwa.
They made their way to the door and he was about to head to his apartment when Yunho spoke again.
"About the note, give it some time, maybe the person that left it haven't checked it yet" and just like that, Hongjoong was left alone.

So here he was, a day later, still in the library, hoping to find a note that probably wasn't even there.
He was almost shaking, craving to look into that book even when he knew he would be left disappointed once again by the lack on a new piece of paper.
He took a deep breath.
Ok Hongjoong, breathe. Yunho is right, maybe the person didn't check, maybe when I open the book today I will find another note.
But he was afraid. Afraid because he was expecting something. And expecting something wasn't the best when you knew that the possibilities for that something to happen were low, if not non-existent.
But he still held the book in his hands as if it was the most important thing in his life. As if it was just a piece of glass that could shatter in pieces at his every move.
It took him at least fifteen minutes to finally be able to open it again, and when he finally did, he kept his eyes closed for another five minutes before he could force himself to look through the pages.
And here it was.
A small, pink piece of paper.
He was shaking in anticipation as he sat on the floor, the note still folded in his hand, the book open in the other.
He opened it carefully, gently, admiring the elegant handwriting. The person probably put more effort into this note as it was visibly more cured that the first one.
He read it, smiling to himself.

Hi K. HJ.,
I honestly didn't expect for someone to reply to my note but it was very nice to find it.
I'm 20 too so we're the same age :)
Also, I am a guy, what about you?
Again, I'm happy someone actually left a note back.
