Seokmin is so simple person,his life roam around his twin gamer brother, younger brother and his sick patient. Seokmin is cardiologist and too much empathic that his brother always warn him to be careful of outer world.
He is too good to be true and polite until he met Hong jisoo aka Joshua , a Mafia boss.
He doesn't want to get involved in anything,he is in the city just to treat poor heart patients who doesn't have enough money to get check up and treatment,he is their to help poor not a injured Mafia boss who dragged in his hotel room in the middle of night.
But problem is not that . Seokmin started to turn into frustrated person when Joshua started to follow him everywhere. He couldn't stop joshua even police doesn't give a thing about it .
He doesn't want to get involved with Joshua and all Joshua want is seokmin.
Joshua can't think of anyone else but seokmin,he is obsessed with the doctor of heart ,for Joshua seokmin appear so naive so good that he is ready to turn world upside down but seokmin is not piece of cake to get .
