They got back to the Dukedom and Raul immediately went looking for his wife. "Darling!" He sing happily as he made his way down the halls to her bedroom but when he opened the door he saw that she wasn't inside. Just then he spotted Leonard walking his way and immediately stormed over to him. "Leonard....Where's my wife?" Asked the Duke with a smile that looked more threatening than happy. "I well your grace shes- um..." said Leonard the answer was so simple yet with the look on Raul's face it was hard to get it out. "Your grace, you're back!" Said Amora as she walked down the hallway coming Raul's way with Rya by her side the both had a few books in their arms. "Big brother hey!" Said Rya, Raul looked at the two concerned. "That's a lot of books you two have" said his grace Amora blushed from embarrassment.
"I-I'm sorry I hope it's ok i asked Rya to show me to the library and couldn't help but borrow a few books, my apologies your grace I should've asked" said Amora before reaching out trying to hand the books to his grace. It felt like Raul's heart skipped a beat looking at her reddened cheeks she was truly adorable. His grace pushed her hands in which were holding the books back to her chest and got closer to her. "You don't have to ask my permission to visit Your library my love" he said softly as he looked at her. Amora looked up to meet his eyes and immediately fell prey to his sharp narrow gaze. "My library ?!" She repeated as she stared into his eyes.
"I told you Amora I'll give you the stars all you have to do is reach for them, this entire palace and everything in it is yours I live to make you happy" he said taking Amoras hand and kissing the back of it. Amora couldn't help but feel fluttering in the pit of her belly as he did so. Amora looked over to see both Leonard and Rya giggling and whispering as they watched them. Embarrassed she immediately retracted her hand from his, And cleared her throat. "Right..um thank you your grace" she said in an embarrassed low tone. His grace was surprised for a moment but then a soft smile spread across his face.
"Leonard have the library closed off to everyone else, tell them that no one is allowed to enter but my wife" said Raul. "Oh that's not necessary?!" Said Amora but Leonard was already off to do as his grace said. "Is there anything else you want dear?" Asked his grace with a smile. "I-no" Amora said embarrassed once again.
As time went by it wasn't his graces first time going overboard when Amora wanted something. the other day she asked the maids if should could have some cake and fully expecting them to come back with a slice of cake on a plate she was shocked to see that they wheeled in a large cake with at least 6 layers. It looked like something that belonged at a wedding. On the cake there was writing in icing that said Enjoy my love. Amora was truly stunned and so was all the maids as well.
The next day;
We sat in my new room that his grace had given to me and ate dinner together near the window. My room was so big that it literally had what looked like a living space connected to it. I didn't need this big of a room but I was grateful. I looked up at his grace who seemed to be lost in thought as he poked his food with his fork. "What's wrong is the food not ok?" I asked worriedly after all it was a dinner I chose I would feel bad if it wasn't something his grace wished to eat. "Amora?" He said before looking up at me who was now giving him my full attention. "How do you feel about going shopping with me tomorrow" he said interlocking his fingers and resting his chin on them.
"I don't know" I said unsure "We can visit any place you'd like I just want to spend more time with you" he said sweetly. It was hard to resist when he spoke like that. "Ok then" I replied he smiled "it's a date then" he said before starting to eat his food again.
