In the dimly lit confines of Aarav and Ritu's room, the atmosphere was heavy with tension as Aarav broached a topic that had long been buried beneath layers of secrecy and silence.

"Ritu," Aarav began, his voice tinged with solemnity, "there's something I need to tell you about Mahashivratri."

Ritu's gaze snapped to Aarav, her expression a mix of curiosity and apprehension. "What is it, Aarav? What happened on Mahashivratri?" she inquired, her tone laced with concern.

Taking a deep breath, Aarav recounted the events of that fateful day, his words weighed down by the burden of painful memories. "On Mahashivratri, Manvi and Arjun got married," he revealed, his voice barely above a whisper.

Ritu's eyes widened in shock as she processed Aarav's revelation. "Manvi and Arjun? But why? I thought..." her words trailed off, unable to comprehend the gravity of what she had just heard.

Aarav's gaze turned distant as he delved into the complexities of Arjun and Manvi's relationship. "Arjun was deeply obsessed with Manvi," he explained, his voice tinged with sorrow. "He loved her unconditionally, but his love was tainted by darkness and possessiveness."

"Why are you telling me now, Aarav? This is okay, isn't it? It's just her wedding anniversary after all. Manvi hasn't shared any decisions yet, so let's just relax. We can ask Manvi tomorrow about her decision," Ritu said reassuringly.

Aarav nodded, acknowledging Ritu's words. Deep down, he knew she was right. It wasn't fair to burden Manvi with more worries on what should be a day of celebration. After all, it was their duty as her family to support her through whatever decision she made.

With a sigh, Aarav leaned back in his chair, the weight of the conversation settling heavily on his shoulders. He couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered in the air, a sense of foreboding that refused to be ignored.

As they sat in silence, each lost in their own thoughts, Ritu's gaze drifted to the window, where the moon cast a soft glow over the tranquil night. Despite the darkness that surrounded them, there was a sense of peace in the stillness of the night, a reminder that even in the midst of uncertainty, there was always hope.

"We'll figure this out together, Aarav," Ritu said softly, breaking the silence. "No matter what happens, Manvi won't be alone. We'll stand by her side, just like we always have."

Aarav nodded, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. In that moment, he found solace in Ritu's words, a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness that threatened to consume them.
