Chapter Four

So Junghwan is currently on the car, his dad is now sending him to school. He couldn't help but think that today is Haruto's confession to that girl.

Mr. So look at him for a few seconds and look again in front to see the road. "Is there something wrong, darling?" Mr. So asked.

"I like him, but he likes someone else," he said.

"Who is he?" His dad asked to him.

"He's Watanabe Haruto. My classmate."

"Do you want me to give you an advice?" Mr. So said to him.

He nodded. "Yeah."

"Just look forward. Be happy for him even if it will hurt you," his dad said.

"But I'm afraid of being hurt, Appa..." he softly mutters.

"Find someone who can love you back, sweetie. Not the only one that you love but can never ever love you."

His dad is right. His dad gave him the best advice. He will be happy for Haruto, 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛 𝑖𝑓 𝑖𝑡 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 ℎ𝑢𝑟𝑡 ℎ𝑖𝑚 𝑠𝑜 𝑚𝑢𝑐ℎ.

His dad stop driving when they are on their destination. He jumped out of the car.

He closed it and waved his hands. "Bye, Appa."

His dad gave him an assuring smile. "Bye, sweetie. I love you."

He smiled. "Saranghae-yo!" Then his dad started driving to go at his work.

The school's security guard opened the gate for him. He quickly ran and entered their classroom.

He saw only Haruto's bag. It means that the japanese is already here. But five minutes had passed but Haruto is still not there.

"Sahi-hyung!" He said. Asahi came to him and said, "Hey, hwanie. Why?"

He sighed. "Where's Haru?"

"Uhm... the 3B said that they will go to the locker room and make a very...very big surprise to someone," Asahi replied.

𝐴ℎ, 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡'𝑠 ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑠𝑢𝑟𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑨𝒔𝒉𝒊, he said to himself.

He nodded. "O-okay, hyung. Thanks."

"You're welcome."

It's lunch time, but Junghwan decided to eat inside the room. He didn't want to go outside; afraid to see or witness Haruto's confession to Ashi.

He commanded Kim Junkyu to give him Ashi's profile. Kim Junkyu is good at this kind of thing.

Kim Junkyu handed him a brown envelope. He automatically get and opened it. He saw a white short bond paper. Revealing Ashi's Profile and some of her informations.

He jumped on her other informations and read some important infos about her.

He didn't finished it and put it immediately on the envelope. "Thanks, Junkyu-hyung. How much is your service fee?" He asked.

"Ooopp... no need, Junghwan. That's free," Junkyu replied.

"But I want to pay you for your hardwo-"

"Don't worry, Junghwan. You're my classmate and also a friend so that's free."

He smiled. "O-okay."

He was shocked when Jeongwoo pulled him to go outside of the school.

"W-wait, what?" He asked curiously.

"Let's go and see Haruto's confession!" Jeongwoo said with excitement. He just followed his friend.

They are walking slowly when they saw many people looking at Haruto who's now confessing his feelings for Ashi.

"I like you, Ashi," Haruto said with sincerity in his eyes.

How he wished that he was the girl infront of Haruto.

"Oh my gosh, Haruto. I like you, too." Haruto smiled and hug her. The girl hug back.

He can clearly see the happiness on Haruto's eyes. He remembered what his dad said to him; 𝐵𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑦 𝑓𝑜𝑟 ℎ𝑖𝑚 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛 𝑖𝑓 𝑖𝑡 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 ℎ𝑢𝑟𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢. He sighed, is he a happy person right now? He's crying hard today. He didn't know what to do.

"Hey, why are you crying?" Jeongwoo asked to him.

"N-nothing. I'm j-just happy for them," then he wiped the tears on his cheeks.

Junghwan cannot study very well even if he's reading the paragraph many...many times. It's because of Haruto's confession earlier.

He didn't noticed that Haruto is now sitting beside him. He down his head and read the paragraph again.

Haruto look at him. "Hey, Hwanie!"

"Hi." He replied without any expression on his face.

"Have you watched my confession earlier?" Haruto asked that made him more embarassed and irritated.

"I'm busy. It's study time," he replied shortly.

Haruto frowned. 𝐽𝑢𝑛𝑔ℎ𝑤𝑎𝑛 𝑖𝑠 𝑚𝑎𝑑 𝑎𝑡 ℎ𝑖𝑚? Or jealous? No, maybe he wants to study hard now.

But he can see clearly the jealousness on Junghwan's eyes. He couldn't help but believe it. Yes, Junghwan is jealous.

Junghwan is jealous to them? What if Junghwan likes Ashi, too? Or Junghwan likes him? He sighed and started to read his book.

So Junghwan is alone in the cafeteria because Jeongwoo is in the library to read books. The latter invited to join him, but he said that he will stay at the  cafeteria for a while.

He can't remove the scene on his mind. How he wished that he didn't joined Jeongwoo but....he sighed. He won't entertain or talk with that freaking monster. 𝑁𝑜𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒!

But he was shocked when Yoshi came to him and said, "Hi...Junghwanieee!" Yoshi said and waved his hands.

"Hi, Yosh!" he said and stood up. "Can you take me somewhere?"

"Uh...uh.. let's go to the playground," Yoshi replied.

He smiled and hold Yoshi's hand. "Let's go!"

Yoshi blushed and smiled a little. "Let's go."

They sat on the wooden chair on the side of the playground and watched the kids who are playing there.

"Are you enjoying what you're seeing right now?" Yoshi asked to him.

"Yeah. I'm having fun while watching the kids playing," he replied.

"You're so cute, Junghwanie," Yoshi said to him.

"T-thank you, Yoshi," he chuckled and pinched Yoshi's cheeks. "And you're....handsome!" He said while pinching Yoshi's cheeks softly.

Haruto is now searching for Junghwan because of their project together. He ran and go to the cafeteria but Junghwan is nowhere to be found.

He go at the school's playground and he was shocked when he saw that Junghwan is having a bonding with Yoshi.
