I hate school. I have no friends because everyone thinks I'm weird and I'm too quiet.
"Look it's the freak" some boy said. I just sat in my seat and stayed quiet. I got my phone out and started texting Kai.

I put my phone up and payed attention to the teacher.
"Y'all would be doing this worksheet with the partner next to you. You have until the rest of the class time. First one's done gets extra credit" the teacher said and passed the papers out.
It was a girl sitting next to me.
"Hey I'm Kennedi" she said. I waved and started rubbing my ear. "What's your name" she asked.
