Part 27: Argue

Hunter's POV

From the corner of my left eye, I saw the creature running past me and after Luna. I pulled Luna away before the creature could push her. Luna looked back at me. Looking past her I saw a rock that I knew I could use.

Me: "There."

I took my grappling hook and shot it towards the rock. The rope came around the rock. Luna was the first one to get to the rope and she quickly began to climb it. I followed her and Teck quickly followed after.

Luna: "Wrecker!"

Looking down I couldn't see him only his rope. The creatures made so much smoke around them that I was barely seeing them. Suddenly hands came on the rope and Wrecker claimed his rope without the case.

Tech: "You must protect the ipsium case."

Wrecker: "Well, what about protecting me?"

Tech: "If it exploded, we are all dead!"

Wrecker gurnted before jumping back down and jumped over the case protecting it with his body.

Luna: "They will hurt him."

Wrecker didn't move until the stampede was over. As Tech slid down the rope I followed. Wrecker picked himself up.

Wrecker: "My back."

Tech: "I would advise you not to drop it next time."

Luna: "Why don't you carry it next time Tech? Maybe you will not drop it."

She said making Tech look back at her. The wind began to blow with great force and as I looked back I saw the storm coming right at us.

Tech: "Well, that would certainly explain the stampede."

All four of us turned around and began to run away from the dark clouds that were coming at us. But we could not escape such a fast storm. The clauds sounded us.

Me: "We need to find shelter!"

Tech: "There is another mine. Thirty meters ahead."

Gurt was heard and as I looked back I saw Tech on the ground. Wrecker ran towards him and picked him up.

Tech: "The case!"

Wrecker: "Forget it!"

As all of us got into the mine I saw the case flowing in the air between the lightlings.

Me: "Get down!"

Luna's POV

The explosion was very loud and so strong that it threw me to the ground. For a moment I did not know where I was but soon light came out of Hunter's lantern. We picked ourselves up and as I approached the entrance we saw that it was sealed.

Tech: "So, now we are trapped. And we have lost all of our ipsium."

Wrecker: "Well, I-- I supposed that's my fault too?"

Tech: "Well, technically yes. If you had not let our ship get stolen, we would be abroad right now, with the mineral."

Hunter: "None of this is helping."

He said as he stepped between them.

Hunter: "Let's start digging our way out of here."

Wrecker: "Fine."

He said as he brushed his shoulder over Tech's chest making Tech take a step back. All three of them began to move the rocks that were blocking our way. I wanted to go to help them when I remembered. I can contact Echo by using the help of the Force. Like I did with Chrosshair.
