Part 49: Choice To Make

Luna's POV 

Me: "Found his ship." 

I said quietly so Wrecker could hear me. Looking down I saw two troopers standing next to some creates. 

Me: "It's too exposed. How are we supposed to get to it?" 

Wrecker: "There is not enough cover for me but there is for you. Do you think you can handle it? I don't want Hunter to be angry." 

Me: "Don't worry I can handle it." 

Wrecker: "Good. Here, take the beacon. I will keep an eye out." 

He gave me the beacon and with that, I made my way down the containers. As I was jumping down one by one I was trying to be as quiet as possible. Coming on the ground I hid behind the wall and took a look at where those two troopers were. Seeing them walking away from me I took my chance and hid behind some crates. 

I was about to move forward when the creats next to me moved making me freeze on the spot. Another trooper came from who knows where and placed another creat on top of the crate that moved. Hearing him walking suddenly the credits on the buggy began to move and I had no other idea than to walk next to it with my back down and hope no one saw me. 

As the credits stopped moving I wanted the trooper to leave before continuing forwards. With my back down I was able to come to Hemlock's ship. Taking the beacon I placed it onto the ship then I placed my comm device close to my lips. 

Me: "Okay, the homing beacon is secure." 

Wrecker: "Wait. There's more heading your way." 

Quickly I hide behind the leg of the ship. I waited for them to pass then I quality ren behind more containers. I wanted to get back to Wrecker but I stopped myself as I saw two troopers on my right. Trying from the left I saw two more. 

Me: "I'm pinned down." 

I said quietly as I placed my comm device close to my lips. 

Echo: "Stay in position. I'll divert them." 

Looking past my cover a little I saw the big magnet on the hanger moving and it took hold of one of the ships lifting it a little. 

Trooper: "Hey wait look out!" 

The magnet threw the ship against the containers that were piled up and they fell all over. The alarm began beeping and as other troopers quickly went to see what had happened I took my chance. I ran behind another pile of containers when suddenly I heard whistles. Looking down I saw a mouse droid right in front of my legs. 

Me: "Oh no." 

He opened his microphone to sound the alarm when he was suddenly destroyed by Wrecker who stepped on him. 

Wrecker: "Oops." 

Me: "Thanks Wrecker."

Tech's POV 

With my blaster ready I looked over the wall I was hiding behind to see if the hallway forwards was clear. In the far corner of the hallway, I spotted another camera.

Me: "Another offline camera. 

I said after making sure that it was offline. Then I approached the monitor on my left as Hunter watched my back. The moment I began to look threw the security I noticed that something wasn't right. 

Me: "This quadrant of the surveillance system has been fully deactivated. I do not like this. We should leave." 

Hunter: "Tech."
