Johnnie pov
I lay in bed exhausted everything feels wrong guess it's one if those days, I sigh and sit up and get off my bed walking towards my door I open it and walk out and into the kitchen I look around not seeing Jake, I walk down the hall and open his door he's not here? "Jake" I shout, no answer, I sigh and walk into the kitchen grabbing a cup of water and drinking it, I look at the time 7pm "huh he must have left when I took a nap" i whisper to myself as I set the cup into the sink as I walk down the hall i hear the front door open I look at it seeing Jake "hi jake" i say smiling he looks at me "hi" he slurs god Dammit he's drunk again I sigh and walk over to him "Jake we've talked about getting drunk you said you wouldn't anymore" I whisper upset he looks at me "shut up I'm my own person" he snaps looking at me I flinch a bit "sorry jake" I whisper he glares as he sits on the couch.
I walk into the kitchen "you should drink some water" i say looking at him "god stop talking" he yells I flinch I hate when he gets drunk because then he gets aggressive that's why he said he wouldn't drink anymore, "come here" he says I nod and walk over to him scared as I stand infront of him "sit" he says i nod and sit next to him he just looks at me not saying anything "I'm going to my room" i say as I stand up "no" he's says aggressively he grabs my arm and pulls me down "Jake let go" I ask looking at him "no your staying" he says I look at him "Jake stop" I snap trying to pull my arm out of his grasp but his arm just tightens around mine I wince "Jake please" I beg getting anxious as I trying pulling away "fine" he snaps letting go I get up and run to my room tears in my eyes as I run in and lock my door, I walk over to my bed and lay down as I close my eyes falling asleep.
*in the morning*
Jake's pov
I wake up and groan holding my head "fuck" I whisper what happened I think looking around I'm on the couch idk remember coming home last time I knew I was with friends and they offered me a...SHIT JOHNNIE, I jump and run out of my door and run to his as I try the door nob, locked shit, I knock on the door "Johnnie" I say I hear him groan after a few second the door opens and I see Johnnie "Johnnie I didn't mean to I swear, did I hurt you?" I ask worried he looks at me "you weren't that aggressive just squeezed my arm hard and yelled" he whispers I look at him upset "Johnnie I'm sorry" I say tears in my eyes, I see his look soften as he hugs me "you didn't hurt me" he whispers I wrap my arms his waist burying my head in his hair "I did though and i yelled and I drank" I stutter tears rolling down my face he hugs me tighter "I'm fine jake" he says looking up at me with a small smile, I look down at him a small smile on my face as he wipes my tears I smile and lean down softly planting a kiss on his lips, their soft and taste like cherries? I smile and pull away he looks away blushing "I like you Johnnie I have for awhile" I say he looks up at me "me too" he says smiling God that smile it could light up a sky I love it and those ocean eyes I could drown in forever he's so perfect every small detail about him is perfect, "will you be my boyfriend?" I ask he nods and kiss me on the cheek as we hold eachother, I'll protect him forever as long as he is in my arms he's safe with me ill protect him.
