Third person's POV

Tami stood in front of the mirror, a vision of ethereal beauty in her exquisite wedding lehenga adorned with intricate gold and Kundan jewelry. The rich crimson hues of her attire contrasted beautifully with her glowing complexion, accentuating her delicate features. Her eyes, a reflection of the myriad emotions swirling within her, sparkled with a mixture of nervous anticipation and quiet determination.

As she prepared to embark on the most significant journey of her life, Tami's parents, Maurvi and Gautam, stood by her side, their hearts filled with a complex array of emotions, swollen with pride and apprehension. Maurvi, her mother, couldn't help but marvel at the breathtaking sight of her daughter, a delicate flower blossoming into a stunning bride. Yet, beneath the surface, a sense of apprehension lingered, knowing the challenges that lay ahead for her beloved daughter. Gautam, her father, exuded a stoic demeanor, though his eyes betrayed the worry gnawing at his heart. As he gazed upon his daughter, resplendent in her bridal attire, he couldn't shake the feeling of unease that gripped him.

Their daughter, their beloved Tami, was about to embark on a journey fraught with uncertainties, marrying a man who harbored affection for her elder sister.

Despite their reservations, they couldn't deny the beauty before them, both inward and outward. Tami exuded an ethereal charm, her innocence and determination blending seamlessly as she prepared to take her vows.

Siddh, Kabir, and Sri came to her room as it was time for her to go for the  Jaimala.

They all saw her and were surprised that she had changed her wedding dress and was wearing a veil over her head.

" Di, why did you change your lehenga?? " Sri asked.

" Something got spilled on it. " Maurvi replied instead of Tami.

" But why are you wearing this veil? " Siddh asked.

" Megha requested it as they have some very old and traditional guests who would expect her to cover her face. " Maurvi replied.

" And Gaurvi agreed to it?? Strange! But what a funny thing they expect from a bride, we are in the 21st century... " Siddh was saying.

" Siddh, let it be... If Megha wants it this way, then it is fine with us. " Gautam said and Siddh nodded.

" Where is Tami? She came upstairs when Gaurvi di called her before the  Ribbon-cutting ceremony, where was she? " Sri asked.

" She was having a severe headache, so I gave her medicine and asked her to rest for some time. "

" What happened, why didn't she tell me? Where is she? "

" Relax, she is fine, do not disturb her. She has a migraine, and too much sound and light are hurting her. Let her sleep for a few hours. " Gautam said.

Maurvi and Gautam were hiding things from them as they didn't want them to get tense and react. Moreover, Siddh was a very angry young man and he would have created a scene unintentionally if he came to know all that had happened.

But what about the rituals, she would miss all of them. She has to perform certain rituals like Joota Churayi. " Siddh argued.

" She will come if she is feeling okay, otherwise Sri is there to do them. No one will disturb her. " Gautam said firmly.

Siddh nodded reluctantly and they all got ready with a flower canopy to hold it over the bride's head while she went for Jaimala.

The venue, adorned with elaborate floral arrangements and shimmering golden draperies, exuded an aura of regal splendor. Crystal chandeliers cast a warm, golden glow, illuminating the grand hall with an ethereal light.

Suddenly, a hush fell over the crowd as the doors at the back of the room swung open, and the bride made her entrance.

The bridal procession made its way down the aisle, and gasps of awe rippled through the crowd. Tami, resplendent in her exquisite wedding lehenga and adorned with intricate gold and Kundan jewelry, commanded attention with her ethereal beauty.
