So I just watched ahead to season 9 in TWD and I was debating about how I should handle the whole war part  with the saviors cuz obviously knowing what happens later I can acknowledge Negan turns out a much better person so I was thinking about how the character Y/n should react to that whole situation in the beginning.

So I  have some options and I'd like for some feedback on what yall think / would like to see.

Option 1:
The characters Y/n essentially feels the same as Daryl about Negan and the Saviors. She doesn't agree with keeping the Savior alive even if the surrender in the beginning similar to both Rick, Daryl, and Morgan but will eventually come around to the idea by the end of the fight like everyone else did, BUT she wants Negan dead /doesn't agree with Rick when we get to the part that he decides not to kill him. She feels that he should die for his crimes, and personally is unable to forgive him for killing her friends or the way he treated Daryl when they was held captive?

Option 2:
The character Y/n feels differently about the situation than Daryl, and rather more similar to Jesus, Rosita and Michonne in the sense that she doesn't agree with killing innocent people who were forced to work for Negan (for example she would disagree with Daryl and Tara when they drive the truck into the Sanctuary). She doesn't think they should just to killing people who surrender like Rick, Daryl, and Morgan did a lot mid battle. Finally she believes Rick made a hard decision, but the right decision in not killing Negan in the end and therefore leaving room for some potential conflicts with Daryl who thinks opposite to arise as she tries to change his perspective on the matter?

Or

Option 3:
The character Y/n feels the same as Daryl in the beginning when it comes to Negan and the Saviors. She wants all of them dead letting her hatred driver her, but after seeing how Daryl started killing Saviors who surrendered she starts to feel a little differently about the matter, originally out of concern for Daryl before she realizes they shouldn't be killing those who surrendered. She begins believing in second chances, that people could change just as Dwight did. She still feels the same as Maggy and Daryl that Rick should have killed Negan, and she feels the same way for quite a while, unable to forgive him after everything, and worrying he might come back to kill more of them. But later on in the series she starts to acknowledge some of Negan's good traits, like his soft spot for kids for example, and how he changed in a good way. Finally allowing herself to believe Rick made the right choice in the end to let Negan live?

Feel free to comment the option you like best as well as any additional ideas anyone would like to add on to potentially be included.

Personally I'm leaning towards option 1 or 3 atm but I'd love to hear what you guys like.
