Finally Mine (sequel to oblivious)

Chapter 14

I wake up in my bed to the sound of my doorbell being ringing. It rang several times with no pause in between. I jumped out of bed and ran downstairs as the door bell kept ringing. I threw the door open and Bobbi stood there in tears. "Bobbi what's wrong?" I asked in a panicked voice. "H-he broke up with m-me." She said. I was in shock. "What?!" I yelled. "Grayson broke up with me." She sniffed. I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and lead her inside I sat her down on the couch then got ice cream from the freezer. I came back and gave it to her. She began to eat. "What happened?" I asked. I can't believe he broke up with her I always thought that if they did break up it would be the other way around. "He said that he didn't want me to get hurt by the fans and I told him that was bull shit and after a while he finally told me the truth." She said. She was still crying which made it hard to understand her at times. "What was the truth?" I asked. I swear if he cheated on her I will chop his you know what off and glue it to his forehead. "He said that he fell in love with someone else." She said. I didn't know what to say. How could he love someone else? "Bobbi, it's going to be fine. He's an idiot. Move on to better things." I told her. She just leaned over and laid her head on my shoulder. I was her shoulder to cry on.

Bobbi had to go home a few hours later. Once she was gone I marched over to Ethan and Grayson's house. I couldn't be mad at Grayson because obviously it just wasn't meant to be. Bobbi will find someone better for her and he will find someone better than her. I just wanted to have a heart to heart conversation about what happened. He's still my friend and I loved him. I walked into there house and heard yelling. I ran up the stairs and into Grayson's room.

When I opened the door all I saw was Ethan throw a punch at Grayson and Grayson fell to the ground. It wasn't like their normal brother fights. I could practically see the hatred in Ethan's eyes. Ethan kept swinging and swinging. I yelled for him to stop but he didn't listen. I tried to grab his arm but he ended up elbowing me in the cheek. I yelled in pain. Only then he stopped. "Madison I'm so sorry. Are you ok baby?" He sounded worried but I didn't care. "What happened?" I yelled. Ethan started to speak but Grayson interrupted him. "Don't say it. Don't make it worse." He said. Ethan glared at him and stormed out of the room. Grayson's face was already starting to bruise. I grabbed his hand and dragged him downstairs. I lead him into the kitchen and grabbed ice and a paper towel. I wrapped the ice in the paper towel and placed it on Grayson's cheek. He flinched a little. "What happened?" I asked. "Are you ok?" He asked completely avoiding my question. He lightly touched my cheek with his thumb. "I'm fine now what happened?" I asked again as I pushed his hand away. "I can't tell you." He said. I rolled my eyes. "Then tell me who this mystery girl it that you left Bobbi for?" I asked.

He sighed. "I don't know why I broke up with her. The person that I like, love, isn't even available and she will never go for me." He said. I gave his arm a squeeze. "It's fine. Do I know her?" I asked. He shrugged. "Maybe." He said. "What's her name?" I asked. "I can't tell you." He said. "What's she like?" He smiled to himself. "She's beautiful, funny, really dorky. I love her smile, her eyes, her freckles, her everything." He said. I smiled. "Well I hope she realizes how great you are and dumps her probably jack ass of a boyfriend for you." I said. He smiled. "I hope so to." I took the ice away. "It's going to bruise." I say. "I know." He sighed. "Well I'm going to go find Ethan and try to calm him down." I say. "Are you sure you're ok?" He asked again. I kissed his cheek. "I'm fine. I'll see you later." With that I went to go find Ethan.

I looked everywhere for Ethan and eventually found him at the creek sitting on the fallen tree that I fell off of the first time I met him. I carefully walked over to him and sat down. I noticed that he was crying. I wrapped my arms around him and rested my head on his shoulder. We were quite for a while before I decided to speak up. "Do you want to talk about it?" I asked. He looked down at me and I lifted my head off his shoulder. He lightly touched my cheek and I slightly flinched. "I hurt you." He said. His eyes were still glossy from crying. "I'm fine Eth. Really I'm fine." I said. "It doesn't matter. I hit you." A tear slipped down his face. "You elbowed me and it was an accident. I'm not mad. I'm fine. I'm just worried about you." He shook his head. "I'm so mad at myself. I hit my brother and you. I was just so mad and I lost it." He didn't look at me as he talked he just looked forward and stared into the distance. "Why were you mad?" I asked. "I can't tell you. Things are already bad between Gray and I." He answered. "God I'm so stupid." He said. I grabbed his face and turned it towards me. "Ethan it's fine. No ones mad at you except for you. It's ok I promise." I leaned in and kissed him. Ethan grabbed the side of my face and deepened the kiss. Next thing I know we start to fall. I let out a small scream before my whole body was surrounded by water. I quickly swam to the top and soon after Ethan's head popped out of the water. We both started to laugh. Ethan swam over to me and wrapped his arm around my waist. "I love you." He said. I smiled. "I love you too." Ethan places his lips on mine and I instantly kissed back. I pulled away and quickly dunked him before swimming away. Ethan and I swam around fully clothed for hours. I truly love him.
