There are no more interviews with Caesar. Peacekeeper has been bunkered in her chambers since Peeta had his outburst. She has been waiting for her next order, questioning why they are having her sit here, when she could be helping the Capitol fight against the rebels.

She thinks of the one shock she received right after the last interview. She was shocked because she chose the image of the beach. It was a very familiar beach, the one in District Four, she thinks. She doesn't know why, but she feels drawn to that particular place. It's almost like it's calling her.

Finally, she is summoned out of her chambers and she eagerly follows the guard. She has been waiting to do something for days.

She is brought to an office that she has grown accustomed to being escorted to. She sits down in her usual chair in President Snow's office and waits for him to show up.

"It's good to see you, Ms. Monroe," President Snow says. He sits down in his chair and smiles at her. "How have you been?"

"Content. I've been waiting," She says.

He nods his head and pauses for a moment. He sighs and continues talking. "I have something to tell you."

"What is it?" She asks.

"I have received word that the delinquents have made a plan to break into the Capitol to liberate a handful of people," He explains.

"Who do they plan on trying to liberate?" She asks.

President Snow hesitates for a moment, he doesn't want to say the wrong thing. "Johanna Mason, Peeta Mellark, and you."

"Me? Why me?" She says after a moment.

"We have not figured out an exact reason why. But, we do know they will probably use you for propaganda purposes," He says. "But, I want you to do me a favor when this happens."

"Anything," She responds.

"I want you to give them a good show," He smiles evilly.

She nods her head. All they want is a good show. That phrase sounds oddly familiar. Almost like it was a big part of her life. But, she just can't remember. "Yes, sir."

Later, when the sun has set and the moon is high, Peacekeeper Monroe is waiting for the rebels to infiltrate the Capitol. A group of rebel soldiers begins entering the facility. She watches them as they take custody of Johanna and Peeta. She knows they're looking for her. She can't reveal herself, not yet.

"Are you sure she was being kept here?" One soldier asks.

"Yes, the others were where they were supposed to be. I don't know why she's not here," A second soldier answers.

Then, she knows it's time. She jumps from her hiding spot and draws her swords from her back. She eyes them all carefully. She won't be surprised.

"Lilith Monroe? We're here to help you," The second soldier says. He steps closer to her and she watches him. When he's close enough, she tightens her grip on her swords.

"I can help myself," She sneers. She kicks him in her chest, sending him flying backwards.

The other soldiers begin to circle her, trying to keep her contained. But, Peacekeeper Monroe can't be contained. She evades every attempt to grab her, swinging her swords against their guns.

While she's occupied with one soldier, another grabs her shoulders. She lets out a war cry and she shoots her head back. The back of her head connects with the soldier's forehead, and he lets go of her. She swings one swords, and it slices through one of the soldiers gloves, causing him to drop his gun.

As she's watching the remaining soldiers, she doesn't realize one of them has crept up behind her. Suddenly, a needle is stabbed into a gap in her suit. She is injected with something. This angers her and she fights back hard. She rips the needle out of her arm and shoves the soldier who put it there back.

Two soldiers grab both her arms and restrain her. She fights against it until her body becomes weak from the injection. She falls limp and her eyes become heavy. She tries to keep them open, but they end up closing.

As she grows unconscious, she pictures the beach. She doesn't know why. She doesn't know anything but the Capitol is the right side of the war. But, there's something about the beach that intrigues her so much. She wants to explore it.

But, she has pleased her President, and that is what matters to her right now.
