Barque - A type of airship resembling an ancient Egyptian river vessel.

Bocking - A simple floor cloth made of cotton or wool

Boot-lick(er) - sycophant, submissive; by way of their bowing at the feet of a master or mistress

Bustle - a structural or support garment, sometimes incorporating a rump, to support th,e weight and drapery of other garments in their desired shape, particularly to support a ladies dress or skirt in a desirable proportion about the waist and hip.

Button - A cute boy

Cardinals - The Hauteorian Guard, from the red coloring of uniform, alike to that of Catholic Cardinals.

Caste - One's occupation-based social class under the Pax Fashionista.

Chopines - Type of raised shoes historically fashionable in Southern Europe, common in Venice where they are used to protect hems of garments from high water, and having wood or cork platforms, sometimes covered in decorative textiles

Clack - 1. a sound typically made by keys on an analytical engine or device 2. to program an engine, device, or piece of tech through manipulation of its attached keys

Cocked-hat - a confused or senseless person, the state of being confused or senseless

Code-exemption - a legal exemption from Dress Code regulations, issued by Fashionista or high level officials,  either temporary or permanent, often for diplomatic purposes.

Corset - a garment worn to hold the torso into a desired shape, often with varying amount of eyelets, lacing, boning, quilting, and hooks, buttons or other fasteners, sometimes with fasteners to attach other garments.

Creative Caste - A mid-level social caste under the Pax Fashionista, made up of those in design-related occupations.

Creatrix - The body of the Creative Caste, the various Headquarters of the Creative Caste within the Fashion Capitals, from creation + matrix

Damascus heels - a type of riding shoe or boot based on historic Persian styles, to aid rider in balancing in stirrups or in 'spurring' a mount, and having heels and/or soles made of metal, sometimes used offensively in combat, or defensively to block or parry sword strikes; from the name of the city Damascus, known for forging steel

Dandy - A man prideful of his neatness, style, and mode of dress and/or appearance

Dhobitorium - A place where industrial washing is done, from Hindi dhobī + Latin -orium (place of), influence from auditorium

Dobby - one who washes or launders clothes, from Hindi dhobī, from dhob (washing)

Dude - An upscale or upper-class fellow

Dress Code, The - the written legislature regulating appropriate attire for members of castes under the Pax Fashionista

Dunnage - Accessories, loose personal effects.

Farthingale - structural or support garment to support the weight and drapery of a dress or skirt in a desired shape, often constructed of multiple semi-flexible hoops.

Fashionista, The - A monarch ruling over much of Europe from the Fashion Capital of Paris

Fogle - A silk handkerchief

Fop - man prideful of his neatness, style, and mode of dress and/or appearance, particularly if in affected manner

Gasili - laundry or wash, from Arabic ġasīli (wash)
