The mood around the Council Table was dark and grey, the Morrigan's were mourning, the Targaryens were angry, nobody truly knew how to react to the news of Lysander Morrigan because no on truly ever knew where he stood...except for his siblings, "Kings Landing will be mourning another loss. One they will no doubt place on us as well."

"They face a loss?" Ravenna asked, "What about us? He was my brother."

Daemon scoffed as he shook his head, "Your brother made his choice and he chose wrong. Let him rot in Kings Landing."

Ravenna slammed her hands against the painted table as she stood up, that very movement put out all the candles that were under the table and Daemon got knocked back slightly, "Say it again!" Tensions rose as Daemon steadied himself, "Let it be known anyone who speaks ill of my brother...looses their tongue."

Ravenna turned her head when she saw Mat at her side, "Not here. Not now."

"Enjoy Harrenhall, Daemon. It will eat you alive." Ravenna finished as she turned and walked out of the hall with Mat and Robb behind her.

"Do you truly believe all the rumours about Harrenhall?" Robb asked

Ravenna nodded, "It is haunted. No one who goes in there comes out the same person. You see your nightmares, the deepest parts of your soul. You get haunted by your past."

Robb snorted slightly and Ravenna smiled, "Let's hope your father haunts him then and knowing your father as I did...he will."

How right they were. The ghosts of Alastair Morrigan and Haelys Targaryen would not let Daemon Targaryen rest in Harrenhall.

Even before everything, before being a Queen, before being a Mother, Ravenna was a Dragonrider first, she had been to battle, proved to herself and to everyone else that she was a fighter, a warrior.

Her dragon, her own fire had been pushed down because of all the politics, the fighting, the deception but she wouldn't forget who she was at her very core.

"They've claimed Dragons." Ravenna said as she sat down at her dragons side, Maegon made a noise as she moved her head to her riders side, to see her properly, "Vermithor and the Cannibal. Though you probably knew that."

Maegon just growled confirming her riders thoughts, she already knew. From out of her pocket Ravenna pulled out a letter with the wolf sigil melted into a wax seal, she had a letter from Winterfell, "I know you miss it too."

She had pieces of her home at Dragonstone. Rickon, Amaya, Ned, Alaric, Haelys and Lyanna but it was still different. Dragonstone was different to Winterfell. It was certainly warmer but the atmosphere itself was different. Everyone acted different, there was no plain name calling, everyone was too scared of calling her Ravenna, which was what she wanted.

In a practically foreign country, terror was the only way to survive. It didn't stop anyone from killing her mother or brother, but she hoped it would be enough, fear was not how she was going to die.

Reading the letter felt like her husband was beside her, Alysanne had taken up the title of the next Lady of Winterfell, so at some point she would rule beside her own brother. On the more chaotic sides Benjen had his first flight on his dragon, Rhaegal.

That one gave a twang in Ravenna's heart. She had been their for the first ride of almost every one of her children, except for Haelys and Lyanna for she didn't even know they were going to claim dragons.

Helaena was doing well in Winterfell. Her and Jon had struck up quite the friendship which shocked everyone. Cregan even went so far as to say it could be a budding romance between the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and the son of the Lord of Winterfell.

"Will she eat me? I can never quite tell."

Ravenna turned around at the voice, she knew who it was but for a second she believed herself to be hallucinating, for last she checked, Jacke Blackwater was in the North protecting her husband...not that he needed much protection.

Ravenna stood up, holding out her hand to stop Maegon growling, though the noises were still grumbling through her body as Jacke got closer.

"Gods, what are you doing here?" Ravenna smiled as she hugged Jacke.

When Jacke stepped back he nodded at Maegon before he said, "Cregan sent me. He knows you have Mat and Robb...but you don't have a Blackwater, and in my opinion everyone needs a Blackwater. He figured you needed me more than he does."

Ravenna smiled, one more person from her home. That immediately made her feel better, even if she would have preferred Jacke to still be in Winterfell by the side of her husband.

"It's been a while since I've been down South. It's been a while since any of us have."

House Blackwater was originally a Southern House, though when Aegon the Conqueror and his sister-wives took over the house moved from the shores of the Blackwater all the way to the North, and there they became House Starks most trusted advisors.

"Just pray you never step foot in Kings Landing." Ravenna slightly joked

Jacke smiled, "Oh I was there...when Cregan was first there, getting betrothed to you. I was there making sure the idiot stayed safe whilst he was pining over you."

Ravenna scoffed, "My husband did not pine." It didn't even occur to her that Jacke could have been in Kings Landing at that time, she didn't even clock that he had been working for the Starks since he was but a child.

Jacke shook his head as the pair started to walk back towards the palace, Maegon huffed at them before she turned and began to stomp away, slightly shaking the ground as she did.

"Oh he pined. Especially when it became clear that your heart belonged to someone else. But still...he wouldn't give up."

Ravenna still wouldn't believe it as they stepped into the halls of Dragonstone, "I caught him trying to climb a wall to get out of the Red Keep, to avoid marrying me."

"Didn't I say he was an idiot?" Jacke asked and Ravenna laughed
