"Any word from Daemon?" Ravenna asked as she, Jacke, Mykal and Raziel were all sitting around the Painted Table.

They had been like that for hours, trying to come up with a plan that would have the least amount of bloodshed, that wouldn't end in horrors, but nothing was coming to them. It was late in the night, Rhaenyra had already retired to her bed chambers and the ones left were struggling to think.

Raziel shook his head as he leaned back in his chair, Ravenna knew he was struggling. He had lost Luke, their mother, Lysander. And yet he still had to be the King, he still had to be strong. They both did, there was no room for grief in their lives.

"Jace spoke to Jon and Alysanne in Winterfell. They're sending your Greybeards down from the North to fight." Mykal told them and Ravenna nodded, she had gotten word from her husband that their men were on their way down.

They wanted to march in the Northern Way, with the Stark banners raised high. The Greybeards leading the fight, "I mean no disrespect in the slightest but they aren't exactly at their prime."

Jacke and Ravenna looked at each other, the Greybeards were their most hardened fighters, they had been fighting for decades, "They're not, no." Jacke said, leaning on the table, "But they will fight hard, like Northerners...Cregan is raising everyone, no house is being left alone. The North is ready when you are."

Raziel nodded, "And we'll need them. The next question is...do I have Altara's soldiers?"  His question was directed to Ravenna and Ravenna only.

Valere was a tricky place to have even the slightest bit of power. Illian's people were up in arms over Lysander's murder, the whole country wanted revenge for their Queen...but Ravenna knew that if the Altaran's got involved in this war, there would be no telling who would caught in the crossfire.

It would get bloody very quickly.

But maybe that was exactly what this war needed, Aegon wasn't moving, Rhaenyra wasn't fighting. Maybe the Altaran's needed to go in and take what was once theirs.

But before Ravenna could reply, Elinda, Rhaenyra's lady in waiting ran into the hall, she only had to say one word for Raziel to jump from his chair, knocking it over in the process before running out of the hall.

"Arryk."

Mykal wasn't too far behind his friend, running out of the hall his hand already on his sword. No doubt to find his family.

Arryk was dead. Alongside Erryk. They had killed each other, one could not live without the other. And in some ways, Ravenna understood. The bond of twins is one that exceeded normal feelings. They were one and the same, felt the same and couldn't stand to be without each other.

"You're allowed to feel, mother."

Ravenna turned around from where she stood and saw Amaya walking towards her, standing at her side. Amaya was the first child that Ravenna had who had the Targaryen hair, it was a shock to everyone. Especially since Rickon and Alysanne had the Morrigan hair.

"I do feel things. I'm just not at liberty to show those feelings."

Amaya put her hand on the wall in front of them, and almost immediately vines with flowers on them grew from the cracks, moving around her hand, "Everyone can express their feelings. Even Queens."

It was an extremely rare occurrence for a Morrigan to be a Natura one of the orders of the country. But there Amaya stood, creating beauty everywhere she went. Putting little pieces of joy into their dark home.

"If we don't win this, they're going to be the ones who pay." Amaya nodded towards the dragons.

Vermithor, Cannibal, Merax, Moondancer, Maesor, Vermax, Vhagar and Aeryn were all flying around one another. Their riders having one moment of calmness.

Ravenna agreed with her daughter, "Aarion is already dead. No doubt Ned wants to claim another dragon."

The pair looked up when they heard a roar in the sky, it was familiar but it was neither of their dragons, nor any of the Stark Dragons, "Is that Seasmoke?" Amaya asked, trying to get a closer look at the dragon flying towards Dragonstone, through the dark sky it was hard to tell but it was Seasmoke, Ravenna knew it.

The last Ravenna knew, Seasmoke was living in Navar with Laenor and Joffrey, but something had obviously changed.

Laenor was dead. That much was clear, because there was no person on the back of that dragon.

But then something changed, the sky went darker. Merax roared as he started to fly towards the ground. Vermax and Maesor flying towards him, a dust cloud came from the beach when Merax plummeted to the ground, with a roar and the dragon didn't stop roaring. Amaya grabbed her mothers arm as she shouted out in pain.

"Ravenna!" Came a shout from down the hallway

"Mat!" Ravenna shouted back, recognising the voice immediately, she looked back down at Amaya, "You're okay...Robb!"

Mat, Jacke and Robb ran through the archway to see Ravenna holding Amaya in her arms whilst the Princess writhed in pain, gripping onto her mother as tight as she could. Ravenna had seen it before, when Alaric was under the impression that Ned was dead.

Something somewhere was happening to Alysanne.

"You saw it?" Ravenna asked, she didn't know who to look at. Mat or Robb, both of them were Visionaries.

Mat nodded, "Just now...Rav..."

"Winterfells under attack. The gateways have been destroyed...we're stuck here and they're stuck there." Robb finished for Mat, who clearly couldn't get the words out.

"Mother!"

Then came Haelys, running towards the group of Altarans, "She knows." Robb said, putting his hand on Haelys's shoulder, panic running through her eyes, she knew as well. She had seen something.

There was nothing they could do. Nothing but wait.

Well after a month and a bit it's finally here! I am so sorry that it took this long
