"Do you know somebody named Shawn," I asked her. As soon as I said his name, her eyes answered me before she could. I couldn't help but smirk. This was Shawn's Rayven, and I had found her. I then thought of the saying "the world is such a small place."

"How you know him," Rayven whispered when she came over to where I was standing.

"We real close," I said.

"Look, I didn't know he had a girl. He told me he was single, I was single too, so I just took the chance to have some fun," Rayven said calmly.

"Babyyyyy, no," I said with a smirk.

"Oh, my bad. I thought he was your man or something," Rayven said jokingly. "My bad," she said

"You god love. Now look, me and Shawn cool, but damn, we ain't that cool. We both from the same hood and kick it from time-to-time."

"Damn, I jumped to shit too quick," Rayven said.

"Sure did. But look, you got my niggah crazy ova yo ass. Whatever tricks you turned on him that night, I wish you wouldn't have done so."

"Why you say that," she asked me.

"Cause the niggah sprung already, that's why." I said. We both started laughing. While we were laughing, Kayla came over. "What y'all hoes laughing at," she asked us when she came face-to-face with me and Rayven.

"You so damn nosey, but Imma tell you cause you my girl," I told Kayla.

"Girl you was gonna tell me anyways," she said.

"True, but listen. Me and Shawn was talking this morning bout nothing really cause we was waiting on Billy to come," I said. Before I could even get finish with my sentence, Kayla cut me off by asking, "What you was waiting on Billy for?" "Cause he the one who brought me to work today since I missed the bus."

"How you miss the bus," she asked me. "Cause I talked to Shawn ass for awhile and Eric wanted to talk to me like we friends and shit," I told her.

"Oh," she said. It was now Rayven's turn to ask questions. "Who's Billy," Rayven asked.

"That's Lyric niggah," Kayla told her while winking an eye at me.

"Girl stop," I said while pushing her playfully on the shoulder.

"You acting like I'm lying or sum shit," Kayla said.

"You might as well be cause you know we can't stand each other," I said.

"Y'all got y'all own two feet, so y'all can stand on y'all own," Kayla said.

"Okay, whatever. But anyways, like I was saying before somebody came and rudely interrupted me. Me and Shawn was talking while we waited on Billy cause he was going to take me to work since I had missed the bus. And while we were waiting, you know me and Shawn had to catch up on what's been going on in the streets. So while we was talking, he couldn't help but keep bringing up this girl name Rayven," I said. I saw how Kayla had looked and knew what she was thinking before she said anything. "Yeah, this Rayven right here," I said while smiling and using my thumb to point to Rayven beside me.

"How you and Shawn know each other," Kayla asked Rayven. This bitch just couldn't be quiet and ask questions when I had finished.

"We met at a gas station last week and one thing led to another, so we fucked," Rayven said nonchalantly while humping her shoulders.
