Chapter 24

*Jordan's POV*

"Its been 2 weeks, Jordan." Yeah Yeah tried to reason with me.

"I don't care. I'm not going back." I said, sternly.

"C'mon, we miss you!" Yeah Yeah pleaded. I shrugged.

"You see me everyday." I said, simply. Yeah Yeah sighed, in defeat.

"Fine," he sighed. "But when you figure out that you miss baseball, just come to the sandlot. I'll be there." And with that, he walked out of my room. I sighed and layed back on my bed.

I'll never forgive Benny. Never.

There was a knock on my window. I got up quietly, and opened the window.

"Hey," I heard a familiar voice.

"Yeah Yeah what the hell are you doing here?!" I yell-whispered.

"We need to talk." He said.

"In the middle of the night?!" I asked, annoyed.

"Yes." Yeah Yeah said, I sighed.

"Please please please come back to the sandlot. I- we miss you." He begged.

"Yeah Yeah-"

"No. Okay? You need to get over Benny. Okay?" Yeah Yeah interrupted.

"I-i can't get over him. Okay? There's just- I can't." I looked down at the ground.

"Yes, you can." He assured me.

"How?" I asked. Yeah Yeah looked down to the ground, thinking.

The next thing I know, we're kissing.
