Chapter 8

Rydel's POV

We where now walking to the haunted house and I was excited but scared at the sametime.

"I can't wait to go on the ride!" Ross said.

"I dunno. I'm a little scared." Riker said a little nervous.

"Chicken!" Rocky said with a smirk and started to make chicken sounds.

"Shut up!" Riker said and hit Rocky on the shoulder with a frown.

"Ow! Ratliff save me!" Rocky said and ran behind Ratliff.

"Don't worry my fine princess! I'll save you from this evil dragon!" Ratliff said and pretended that he hade a sword in his hands.

Everyone laughed.

Ellington's POV

The cart that we were suposed to go in was only ment for two people so we we decided who will go with who.

Riker and Rocky went first.

"Bye! Hope you don't die! Ross said with a smirk.

"Haha! That was so funny!" Riker said with sarcasm and then the cart disapeared into the darknes.

"AAAHHHH!" Riker screamed.

Everyone laughed.

"Next!" the man who was working there said.

"Come Ross! Or are you awraid of the dark?" Ryland said and made chicken sounds.

"What!? Pff No! I'm a man! I ain't scared of nothing!" Ross said and flexed his muscles.

"Well come in the cart then!" Ryland said.

"I'm comming I'm comming!" Ross said and stepped inside the cart.

"Good luck!" I said.

"You too! And take care of our sister!" Ryland said and then they where gone into the darknes.

"Next!" the man said.

"That's us!" I said and looked at Rydel.

"O-okay." Rydel said.

"Are you okay? You look kind pale." I said.

"Oh u-umm I'm fine." she said.

"If you're scared then we don't have ro go on." I said.

"N-no lets go! I'm not scared." Rydel said and steped into the cart.

"Okay. If you say so." I said and stepped into the cart.

The cart started to move and I took one last look at Rydel before it got dark and her face was as white as snow.

I took hold of Rydels hand and she looked at our hand first then into my eyes.

"It's gonna be okay! I'll protect you!" I said and smiled.

"You promise?" she asked and I could clearly hear that she was scared to death.

"I promise!" I said and we enterd the darkness. But at the last second I saw a small smile on her face.

Rydel's POV

I was scared to death right now then I felt someones hand take hold of mine.

I looked at my hand and then into Ellingtons eyes.

"It's gonna be okay! I'll protect you!" Ellington said and smiled.

What a cute smile.

"You promise?" I asked.
