Chapter 10

Ellington's POV

"The bad news is that... " the doctor said and looked at everyone before he continued to talk.

I looked at Rydel to keep my mind off of the bad news.

I already knew the news but I just didn't want to hear it again.

"Your sister has... Amnesia." the doctor said.

I looked at the four brothers and they were shocked and sad.

"Holy shit..." Riker mumbled.

Ross turned his head towards me and Rydel and then tears began to form in his eyes.

"Delly..." Ross mumbled.

"I'm truly sorry but..." the doctor said.

"But what? Is there some more bad news? Does she have cancer too?" Rocky snapped.

"N-no! There is some good news in this!" the doctor said.

"How can there be good news in amnesia?" Ryland asked.

Now this was something I didn't know about!

"The amnesia is only temporary." the doctor said.

HOLY SHIT! THAT IS GOOD NEWS!

"How long will she have amnesia for doc?" Riker asked.

"we don"t know but when she gets her memory back she'll inform you." the doctor said.

"Well what does she have amnesia for?" I asked.

"She can't remember certain people like her family or friends and most of her memories are gone." the doctor said.

"Oh... Well at least it's only temporary." I said.

"Yes!" the doctor said.

"When will she wake up tho?" Ross asked.

"About 10-15 minutes." the doctor said.

"Okay!" Ross said.

Sudenly Rikers phone started to ring

"Hello?" Riker asked.

"Oh! Crap is it that late! Well umm... We-we're at the hospital mom." Riker said and scrached the back of his neck.

"No no I'm fine! We're all fine... Well except... Rydel..." Riker said and looked at everyone.

"Well she... Umm... I-I'll tell when you get here okay? Yeah sure. Okay! Bye! See you soon! Love you too mom!" Riker said and ended the call.

"Mom was worried wasn't she." Rykand said.

Riker just nodded.

"I'm gonna leave you here so you can be alone for now." the doctor said and left the room.

Everyone sat around Rydels bed.

5 minutes later

Rocky's POV

We where all just talking when someone knocked on the door.

The door opened and mom and dad walked in.

"Oh my baby girl! What happened you her?" mom asked and walked next to Rydel.

"Someone please tell us what happened!" dad said.

Everyone looked at each other and the Ratliff opened his mouth to speak.

"As you know... We were at the amusementpark." Ratliff said.

Mom and dad noded.

"Well we were on the haunted house ride and..." Ratliff said and looked at Rydel.

"Well we were in the middle of the ride and then the ride stopped and a man said that they were having problems with the ride and me and Rydel couldn't get out of the cart... So a few minutes Rikee called us and we started talking when Rydel heard some weird noises. We had a flashlight from my phone for light and I tured my phone to the side where Rydel heard the noise and... Well... Umm... A few heavy boxes fell on her." Ratliff said.

"Oh my dear baby! And Ratliff! Are you okay?" mom asked with tears running down her face.

"Yes I'm fine." Ratliff said.

"I'm gonna go get some food from the cafe." Riker said.

"I'll come with you!" Ryland said.

Riker and Ryland left the room.

10 minutes later

We were just talking when the door opened and Riker and Ryland walked in with food.

"Hey! Is she awake jet?" Riker asked.

"No." Ross said.

"Okay." Riker said a little sad.

Rydel's POV (WHAT IS THIS?)

It was dark and black.

It was quiet.

I was alone.

"Hello?" I said.

No answer.

"Is anyone here?" I asked.

No answer.

"Where am I?" I asked.

Wait.

"Who am I?" I asked.

No answer.

Suddenly I started to hear voices.

"Hello?" I said.

"No answer.

The voices became louder and louder until it was really bright.

Then my head started to hurt like crazy.

Ellington's POV

"Then we were li-" Ross said then I heard someonu mumbling something.

I looked at Rydel and saw that she was moving slightly.

"GUYS! Rydel's moving!" I said.

Everyone looked at Rydel and then she opened her eyes.

"RYDEL SWEETY! YOU'RE AWAKE!" Stormie yelled.

"OWWW!" Rydel said and put her hand on her head.

"Oh my! Are you okay?" Stormie asked.

"I-I think so. Who are you?" Rydel asked.

Oh yeah. She has amnesia.

"Wh-what? Why I'm your mother! Stormie! Don't you remember me?" Stormie asked.

"Mother? I don't remember you." Rydel said and looked at everyone else.

"Who are yo-" Rydel said but was cut off by the door that opened and the same doctor came in.

"I see that you are awake." the doctor said.

"Doctor! Why doesn't my daughter remember anything?" Stormie asked.

"Sorry to say this but she has amnesia." the doctor said.

"WHAT!" Stormie said and fainted but Mark got her is his arms just in time.

"Oh dear!" the doctor said.
