Chapter 1 - Arrival

Stefan's Mind

I'm sat in my room thinking about all the things that has happened lately with the Mikaleson Family not even to mention that they've moved back to town. My thoughts were abruptly stopped by a knock at my door "come in" I shouted but no one entered I slowly turn to see my door wide open and no one on the other side of it, I furrow my eyebrows and slowly walk to the door and close it.

I shake my head and turn around only to be pinned to the ground by another vampire, it takes me a second to let my eyes adjust to see who it is then my vision clear and i can see "Evelyn?" I say confused "long time Salvatore" she says smirking at me then helps me back up, I hug her tightly "What the hell are you doing here?" i say releasing her from my arms "nice to see you too Stefan, I came back for you and Damon my brothers from a different mother" she says to me, I smile to her and hug her again.

Evelyn I've known for basically most of my vampire life she is the closest i have to family as well as Damon, once Katherine turned us and we lost control, Evelyn helped us through it, helped me through my tough time i regret the things I've done but I'm happy that it was Evelyn who was there to help me along with Lexi...God I miss her...

So I just have Evelyn now which is great but I've known her for about a century I still don't know a lot of her past yet she know mine inside and out all I know is that she is an original of the Mikaelson Family, who I despise but she left them I don't know why.

Evelyn's Mind

I'm happy to be back in Mystic Falls with Stefan and Damon but i heard my family are back I need to find my father if I told Stefan he wouldn't let me go see them and i know Damon certainly won't, I'll have to sneak out and use this house as protecting if something goes wrong...

"hey Stef, where's Damon?" I ask trying to make conversation "he's just gone checking on Elena he'll be back in a few second" he says going downstairs and I follow him down and flop onto the couch "Elena,huh? who is she?" I ask obviously confused "that would be me" I hear a girls voice say I stand up quickly and face the girl she looks exactly like... no i-it cant be "impossible" I whisper under my breath as I hear her heart...Human?

"Oh my god" i whisper not only does she look that the whore Katerina but also...Tatia. I lose my balance and sit on the couch to try and calm down and Stefan rushes to my side "Evelyn, are you okay?" He asked rubbing my back "i-i need some air" i say rushing out, I get in my car and drive to the nearest bar The Mystic Grill I walk in and sit in the corner of the grill and put my head in my hands.

So this is what Klaus came here for the doppelganger, oh and yeah I know about this problem however the problem is out the way Klaus is now a hybrid and Elena is his walking blood bag so that's just great!

I throw a glass someone left on the table across the room and it smashes into a billion pieces more then a normal human throw would everyone turns to face me in shock, I walk back out and go back to my car and sit there, I'm not angry just seeing Elena brought back memories from the past.

FLASHBACK

"shh Tatia, he wont find us here" I say she laughs and covers her mouth "Evelyn,Tatia I will find you" I hear Uncle Elijah shouted I try to contain my laugh as Tatia covers my mouth until Elijah found us behind a rock, "Found you!" he says as I try to run he picks me up and throws me over his shoulder while chasing Tatia "run Tatia" I shout but he catches her and kisses her while he props me on his hip and holds Tatia by the waist "I Love You, Both of you" he says hugging us tightly.

FLASHBACK OVER

I'm in my car now crying like a pathetic weak girl which i'm not, i'm snapped out of my thoughts by someone knocking on the window I look up and see a blonde haired boy in his teens giving a sympathetic smile I wipe my face and wind the window down "What do you want?" I say aggravated that he saw me when I was weak"Hey! you were the one crying, and messed up the grill" I look at his shirt that said Mystic Grill he obviously worked there he smiles "may I?" he asked I sigh unlocking my car allowing him to enter he seemed trustworthy enough besides I can compell him after.
"I'm Matt Donovan" he says holding his hand out I shake his hand "Evelyn" I say, "so why did you make a mess that I now have to clean up?" I raise my eyebrow at him "is that why your here to make me pay for it then here" I say grabbing a ten dollar bill from my bag I really can't be arsed with this mundane crap "um I'm a friend of Elena's the girl you met this morning? she told me your the new vampire in town" I snap my head towards him.

"I-I er-" "Evelyn,I know about the vampire crap"

I laugh slightly "Ok! ok you got me what do you want 'matt'" I say emphasis his name "well I could tell Stefan your here crying and breaking things or you can let me get you a drink while you tell me why you were crying" he says smirking I look at him weirdly

WOW REALLY??
