i said it's going to be okay maybe a hundred times, even though you were too smart to believe me. maybe because i just want to wrap you in a dream and hide you in those five words. and then you'll never have to worry about what will happen if it's not okay.
but you're right. it's not okay.
it's not over either. and i'll be here until i can say that it's going to be okay without lying to you.
