I felt embarrassed in class the next day. I kept having the moment Minho suddenly kissed me replay over and over in my head, my lips tingling each time too. I kissed him back when he did, and it felt good doing it too, but when we parted, it got awkward as I panicked and let out a laugh. I think Minho knew that I panicked, and fortunately, he didn't get offended by my unnecessary chuckle, instead, he took me out of that clearing and out to somewhere else.

Although he did attempt to kiss me again on five different occasions, but because I was already in a state of panic, I found ways to avoid it. It's not like I don't want to kiss him, it's just that I didn't expect to be kissing one of my closest friends ever.

"It's like me kissing you," I mumbled as I tried to multitask by writing notes and telling her about how I felt.

Yurin cringed, her eyes shifted towards me as her nose wrinkled and she frowned. The grip she had on her pen tightened as she said, "That's just the wrong example."

"But you get it right?"

"Well, from the way you're explaining it to me, you don't like it," She explained as she shifted her gaze back to the presentation in front of us, scribbling away. "So you want to kiss him, but you're just not used to it, is that what you're saying?"

"Pretty much."

"Well, get used to it. If Minho-ssi wants to kiss you, let him. He's waited since High School for the moment to do so, Hana."

"I never told you-" I jerked up and tried so hard not to turn to her and interrogate her for what she just said. I took the moment to breathe and asked, "How did you know?"

"Everyone knew, except you. I got told later when I got closer to you and Hyominnie, but trust me, he wouldn't shut up about you. We all told him to tell you straight in your face because you're never going to notice, but he didn't want to risk anything," Yurin sounded like she prepared this answer, like she knew that - eventually - things would work out for me and Minho. "Though there was a time he stopped liking you, and he did manage to date again. Then you two, being incredibly stupid, started the fake relationship. Minjae told him that if he went on with it, he's going to start having feelings for you again."

"Wow, I didn't know what you guys had to go through."

"Because you were being so oblivious."

I smirked. "I know, poor guy," I murmured, and that was true. That probably wasn't the entire story, and I want to keep asking, but I think it'd be best coming from Minho. I could imagine him waving his arms around to exaggerate his tale, the seriousness of his tone and the focus he invested into getting it across. I can't believe he's been denying his feelings for me for so long.

Maybe I owe Minho that much to - at least - try to make everything comfortable for me and him.

"Hana, you know the whole 'Lucifer' album? Probably even the repackaged too?" Yurin asked out of the blue at the end of class, and I only nodded in response whilst reading halfway through a sentence in my book. "Even though he only co-wrote the raps, but that whole album has lyrics that rightfully describes his feelings."

"Huh?" I turned to her with wide eyes and a dropped jaw, slightly flabbergasted.

"Clearly you haven't been listening to the lyrics," She groaned and tapped the space between my brows on my forehead. "Stop laughing and be a bit nicer to the guy."
