It's been a few days since Donghyuk came around. I had been cautious with how I travel and who I'm with just to make sure nothing happened to me while I was alone.

Hyomin has been generous enough to stay over on nights she knew Yurin wasn't crashing at my apartment for the night, especially since we haven't shared what happened with Donghyuk with anyone else but Minjae, who kindly walks me home after a late shift and using it as an excuse to see Hyomin.

Except today.

I was alone today, but that's because today I went to go pick up Minho from the airport. He decided to fly back home a few days earlier after he finished his last schedule to be able to spend his free time with me, and also to run his personal errands but taking me along with him.

"I'm fine," I replied to my phone as Hyomin forced me to stay on the phone with her as I waited alone at the airport. I could hear her moving around as she was at work while trying to keep me on the line.

Multitasking master.

"Okay, well, you're by the arrival, right?" She asked.

"Yeah, I'm here," I replied while sipping on a juice box I brought with me.

"I have to go, and I really don't want to, but keep messaging me!"

"Okay, okay," I moaned before she hung up on me. Hyomin was like a Mother, and at the same time, she was my best friend. I watched her name and photo disappear from my phone as she hung up, and Minho's face popped up soon after as he sent a message that said, "5 more steps!"

I didn't have a chance to reply as I looked up and locked eyes with one Choi Minho. He walked out wearing a full black ensemble, black jacket to black jeans and a pair of black boots. He lazily carried his backpack over his shoulder and another travel bag on the other hand. He had a blank face at first, but as soon as he realized I was there, his lips curved, mouth opened and smiled ever so widely.

I couldn't helped do the same.

My arms spread open as I scurried over to him, as he took two to three steps forward before dropping the bag from his hand and reached forward for me as we ran into an embrace. I pressed my head into his chest, wrapping my arms around his body and taking a big whiff of his cologne. He cradled me in his arms, his hand pressed on the back of my head as he whispered, "Hana-ssi, thanks for coming to greet me."

"Anytime, Minho-ssi," I whispered back, feeling so safe and warm in his arms.

We parted from our embrace as he leaned back down to grab a bag, grabbing my hand with the other as we walked side by side towards a white can that was due to pick him up. He couldn't contain that smile on his face, I couldn't either as I always felt that I was at my happiest with him, and he really didn't have to do much to make me happy.

I waited for him to settle into the van with one of SHINee's manager, all his bags were tossed at the back seat as he reached for my right hand and placed them between his, tapping the top of my hand and still grinning.

"How was it? How was Japan?" I broke the silence.

"It was great," He replied, still tapping my hand. "What have you been up to?" He asked as he leaned his head back, lazily turning to face me.

I did the same and faced him. "School, work and friends," I sighed. "There isn't much I do that's as interesting as yours."

"But you will be, when you graduate, no?"

"Yeah, but I don't know."

"You don't know?"

I shrugged. "There are just a few things in my mind."
